We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Many thanks to our hosts for being very accommodative to accept our stay request at the very last minute after we had just completed our 300-mile drive from Georgia! The location of the property was easily identified; and right upon entry, we found the place to be super appropriate and very cosy for the six of us! Every single detail was well designed, planned and thoroughly executed! There were three very decently-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms for our convenience! John even popped over shortly after our arrival to check on some lightbulbs after we notified the host that there were some which did not work! Kudos for such a high level of professionalism! The unit we stayed at was located on the top floor, where there were balconies situated both at the front and at the rear catering to small hangouts during pleasant mornings and evenings!

This is an awesome place. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home. It looks simple from outside but is spacious and well-furnished inside. Big backyard, outdoor sitting area, fully stocked inside, plenty of bedding. If we ever go back to this city, we will definitely use Paige's airbnb again.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

Pristine and perfect home for family gathering! No detail is left untouched. Host is very warm and extremely responsive. We made a few requests and he accommodated all (and even left a warm note and congratulations flower arrangement for my graduating daughter!). I would very highly recommend!

This is my third time staying at Ryan’s and love his place, it’s clean and cozy a home away from home . Also a peaceful location which is walking distance to downtown and less than ten minute walk to my daughters school which is very convenient. If I come to Gainsville again before she graduates I hope this location is available I really love this place and Ryan is very accommodating and easy to communicate with .🌻

Kate’s condo is very lovely—sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated! The layout with the two en suites on either end is perfect for two couples staying together. Very reasonably priced and reflective of the neighborhood.

Ken's place was in a nice location close to restaurants and the southern part of the UF campus. It was clean and Ken was responsive when I needed some help getting in. I would stay again.

Lesley was very accommodating, friendly and helpful if a need presented itself... made extra room for our Boat trailer and two cars and her husband Steve even found a Fuse for our boast when the Bilge Pump went out. The couple made an effort to make certain you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to coming back to say at the 2 bedroom cottage on the water in early Fall. Thanks, Jane

This was a fantastic place to stay and relax while at a conference in Gainesville. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and had everything you needed. Hosts were very friendly. It is tucked away in the trees, very peaceful. Everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment. Jennifer was responsive with our messages and made sure we were well accommodated during our visit. The apartment was clean and free of clutter. Location was ideal. Just a few minutes from campus. We are happy to have stayed here during our short time in Gainesville.

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

I had a few doctor appointments, and this place was perfectly located. It was just like the description, and the balcony at the back was perfect for relaxation and stargazing.

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
