I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

We were in Gainesville for work and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It felt like a true home away from home, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment that allowed us to fully relax after long hours. The quiet atmosphere was a huge plus. We can't say enough good things and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gainesville, especially for work.

Jonathan was super flexible and understanding. His home is beautiful and I felt right at home upon arrival. I would definitely recommend not only Jonathan’s home, but I would recommend having Jonathan as your host! 10/10

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

Had a wonderful weekend, the resturants were great, the downtown square was so darling we really enjoyed actually getting to get out and enjoy everything around us, everyone was super friendly and thw house was exactly as described and very well kept. we couldnt of asked for more!

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

The place was just as described. Gorgeous private home, lots of amenities very clean, and welcoming. The community was so quiet with everything you need at a close by distance. I often come to Gainesville for work, I will definitely stay in one of Nicholas's rentals. Thanks for having us Nicholas!!

We were in town to show at WEC. The house was a straight shot from WEC in a neighborhood. It was certainly not an upscale neighborhood, but it was fairly quiet and safe. The house was as described and my little dog enjoyed the back yard.

It was a beautiful well kept quiet place very peaceful no motors allowed on the lake made it even more peaceful. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. Things were updated throughout the house to keep up with the needs of guest

We came here seeking refuge from hurricane Milton and it was worth every penny we paid. The house was absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated plenty of space and so clean and the backyard was huge!!! And our hosts were incredible. We are so thankful to have found this Airbnb and we cannot wait to stay again and enjoy the area because it was such a wonderful place!

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

location was perfect, we were in town for a conference at the UF Hilton one block away, this Airbnb was less expensive than a room at the Hilton and we had the whole place to ourselves. very clean, apartment complex is very quiet and safe on a dead end street. super convenient to campus and downtown. beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. would stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed here for a wedding at the botanical gardens and it was perfect. The condo was super clean, we received clear instructions, and we had everything we needed. The large bathroom was great for getting ready. Steven was responsive and helpful the entire time. Thank you!

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

Wonderful location and Brenda was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the Saturday morning farmers market and hope to come back!
