The place is very quiet and beautifully located in nature, no street or the like to be heard. If you are really looking for peace, you will find it here. I slept very well here. The house is cosy and tastefully decorated. There are some cobwebs in the house, that didn't bother me. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The house is located a few kilometers from the lake and in the immediate vicinity there is nothing for shopping or eating out. In the region there is hardly any tourism, rather agriculture, once it smelled pungent of manure. I still enjoyed it.

Wonderful set of apartments in a great area of Berlin, right next to a SBahn stop 10 mins away from Mitte. We used the place as a group of 12 students, for which the common room was particularly helpful. The rooms are excellent and as described, and the price is really a bargain when calculated per person. Entrance to the courtyard is also the service door for a restaurant, but with a big group as is intended for this place you are not bothered by this at all. Fully recommended!

A lovingly furnished apartment where you can feel comfortable. The garden with everything you need to linger and relax invites you to linger. Especially the kitchen is top equipped for an apartment, here remained nothing to be desired. Big plus: We find the place particularly child-friendly :)!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin in the woods over the weekend! The setting was absolutely perfect for the beginning of spring—we loved exploring the surroundings through hikes and bike tours, and in the evenings, we enjoyed the peaceful quiet and stargazing. The cabin itself felt like a second home—clean, warm, and inviting. Cooking was effortless, as the kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the little touches like card games and chess for relaxed evenings. The fireplace added to the cozy and romantic atmosphere, making our stay even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and we’d love to come back!

everything perfect in the accommodation, the neighborhood has everything and it is very nice, only the transfer from Berlin to the area was complicated because we were told only one form of transportation the xual was the least convenient, use bus 248 and metro line 5 much more effective, using location on Google gave us these options, otherwise everything was fine.

Everything is great. We will be happy to come back.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hans and felt very comfortable right from the start in the beautiful and cozy house by the lake. We particularly liked swimming and paddling on the clear limestone lake, relaxing in the beautiful & quiet garden and hiking in the midst of untouched nature. Showering in the bathhouse was pleasant and the heating with the wood-burning stove worked well and contributed to the coziness, especially in the evening. Hans and Maria were very helpful and available at any time. Thank you very much for the great time in your really very beautiful idyll!

Check in was easy. The place is great. Very cozy with attention to detail. The kitchen is superbly equipped and even has a large selection of spices. The garden is very cozy with various seating options and stunning views. You can do a lot in the area. The sauna in the garden was also available to us. We met Charles briefly. Thank you very much for the weekend in this small, bright, airy cottage with wooden floorboards, clay plaster and beautiful old wooden windows in the middle of the large garden, which in turn is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and borders directly on an old arm of the Havel. We found the tranquility we were looking for here.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped – nothing was missing. The quiet location, the inviting terrace and the close proximity to the lake and forest make the surroundings ideal for a relaxing break. Check-in went completely smoothly and Andrea and her husband were super friendly and helpful. You immediately feel welcome! I will definitely return!

Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

My girlfriends and I took a spontaneous birthday trip. From Berlin, the place was very easy to reach. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful area very much. Communication was also always totally good. I can only recommend this sweet place, the equipment is great and if you want a bit of peace and nature, this is the place to be. Barbara is a great host. Although I didn't had a chance to meet her personally, due to my agenda, she was always answering my questions and was taking care about how our experience is going. The house was perfectly clean in a very nice and calm region, next to a lake and within a very beautiful garden.

We stayed in the studio apartment in Warnitz for the second time and felt super comfortable again! As you can see on the pictures, it is a single, small space, but it is so lovingly and tastefully furnished that it can be snuggled up and cozy even on bad weather days. Since we are traveling without a car, the connection by train from Berlin is perfect. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We had a very pleasant and child-friendly holiday, the communication with the landlords was very friendly and warm. However, to get into the next larger city Röbel you need a mobile pedestal, car or bike. With toddler it is a bit too far on foot.

We had great Easter and the place is perfect from the layout for several people and well equipped.

Wonderful cottage on old estate grounds, we were greeted with a crackling fireplace and lots of useful information about the house and area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, a beautiful sunny living and dining room with garden access is the icing on the cake of the house. We felt very comfortable. Very quiet apartment from a really nice hostess. The piano is particularly noteworthy. You can play it 24/7 without disturbing anyone. It's a rather noisy but very well-tuned instrument.

Charming place in beautiful area Unfortunately, we were only passing through - but will definitely come back. The apartment is located on a farm in a quiet, relaxed location a very short distance from Lake Kummerow. Just great. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Mo is a lovely hostess. Our stay at Ricke's was lovely! The house is lovingly decorated and it has everything you need. The sauna and gas grill were welcome extras. We were impressed by the many possibilities that the house and the yard offer for children. You can easily spend the whole day here without getting bored. Ricke and her family were always responsive, friendly and took care of us. We especially fell in love with “Trudchen,” the farm dog. We can only rave about it and will definitely be back.
