This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Spacious light-flooded apartment on the 2nd floor, not accessible. Centrally located in Fürstenberg/Havel, directly on the bike path Berlin-Cologne. Approx. 5-minute walk to the train station with connections to Berlin, Stralsund, and Rostock. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the city center, which offers shopping options. The residence town of Neustrelitz is about 30 km away, as is Rheinsberg. Whether on foot or by bike, there’s plenty to discover. Apartment is located on quiet street with parking. No party location.

This spacious and lovingly renovated 115-m² (1,240 sq. ft.) apartment with 4 rooms is located on the 3rd floor of a Wilhelminian-era residential building and is part of a complex currently under development. The Greenhouse Fürstenberg is located in the center of the city. Just a few minutes' walk away, three lakes and several small rivers, forest and fields offer places for relaxing in nature. For larger groups, an additional 115-square-meter apartment and a 45-square-meter conference room are also available.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

With 2 cozy lofts, a fully equipped kitchen (small oven is part of a toaster,cooking on induction cooktop), bathroom with shower, it’s the ideal retreat. Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

Very easy to get to from the train station in Fürstenberg – centrally located in the old town. Everything is close by... the Havel, the swimming spots, the shopping options, the hiking... Ideal for a short getaway or as an overnight stay during your canoe or bike tour. You can also enjoy breakfast in the courtyard. Important: You enter the loft via the inner courtyard. Stairs is steep. Toilet and hot water, yes – but no real shower available.

The historic lively village of Märkisch is located in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park directly on a beautiful clear lake, adjacent to the Stechlin Nature Reserve and the Fürstenberger Forest and Lake Conservation Area, with an incomparable landscape of wide forests and secluded lakes. The bathing meadow with sandy beach is a two-minute walk. The house is located on a 700 sqm property and has been decorated with a lot of love.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.
