My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Here, "in the middle of nature", there are plenty of animals of all sizes. Therefore: door closed in the evening, store food safe in the mouse. There is NO HEATING. SOUND SYSTEM please max. with a 5-W Bluetooth box Electricity separately €0.38/kWh, water €20/m³. For electric cars, there is 380 V 16 A, but no wallbox.

Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together from families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. Surrounded by dense forests and min. 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace, a wooden sauna with swallow bucket and stunning views over the Erlenwald.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

I was with my partner off-season (mid-March) in Conny's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and communication with Conny is very straightforward. We particularly loved the great amenities of the AirBnb and the geographical location is wonderful. The sauna in the bathroom completes the experience and the town of Rechlin invites you to relax. Since there was a small misunderstanding in the amenities, Conny accommodated us with a late check-out - we found that very convincing. Smaller shortcomings: - the apartment belongs to a holiday park, communication and check-in/out were handled by Conny, on site but via the park and on the way information was lost/incorrect/confusingly placed. - Off Season we had enough privacy - but if there had been more neighbors or the other houses in the area were booked, it would have been too tight. The bottom line is that we found it slightly overpriced. ✨Nevertheless: Off Season, we'd love to come back!

I booked the apartment of Susnne and René for business for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to take good care of himself. Beautiful large and spacious apartment; very spacious, luxurious, open and cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere. Lots of light and coziness. Very luxuriously furnished; with plenty of all utilities available in the kitchen, bathroom. All available appliances and kitchen utensils, dinner cutlery and crockery are brand new and of top quality. The apartment is easy to find and in a very quiet and beautiful area; right in the center of Berlin. Within walking distance of AlexanderPlatz. The sleeping accommodation / beds are of excellent quality. We were really very impressed with the spacious layout, the luxury and the clearly caring design of the owners of this beautiful apartment. It is certainly an RBnB that I want to go back to immediately, if I have to be in Berlin.
