A unique house restored in 2023, dating back to the 16th century, built on 10th century ruins. It is located in the Jewish quarter, next to the Virgen de Gracia viewpoint, on a pedestrian street where silence and tranquility prevail. This small house stands out above all for the care with which it has been restored, trying as much as possible to preserve its oldest essence. The added details give it that peculiar touch, which together with its special architecture make it very special.

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

The house is located in a quiet place, ideal for couples, friends and families who want to enjoy the surroundings and the Imperial City. Nearby are Toledo's famous viewpoints, where you can photograph Toledo's fantastic panorama. Close to the house is one of the magnificent bridges that lead to the Casco and there you will walk through the streets of Toledo.

The Sinagoga 6 apartment is located next to the cathedral, and has a private 45 m2 terrace with magnificent views of its tower. It occupies the second floor and terrace of a building built around 1900. It has magnificent views over the cathedral and is located a few meters from Calle Hombre de Palo, the city's main thoroughfare that connects Zocodover with the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Cathedral. The house has undergone a complete restoration inside.
