We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

The house was smaller and cozy, everything matched the photos. Everything was beautifully clean and ready according to the promised description.

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

I was allowed to be a guest at Sandra's place for the second time and can also highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is as furnished as in the pictures, very well equipped, clean and the location is quiet. Publicly, it is easy to reach and the check-in is super straightforward. Sandra is an extremely accommodating hostess and you immediately feel comfortable. We'd love to come back on our next trip to Linz! :)

had a lovely stay at Francescos place. really homey and quiet. only a 10 minute walk into town. the host was lovely and helped us find the accomadation when we got lost initally 😅 thanks so much for a great stay! cesky krumlov is gorgeous!

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old town; the ability to park was indispensable. It was well prepared and clean. Communication was very good and friendly.

Although I didn't see the host, it was very easy to communicate with her. The apartment is in an incredible location and captures the city's atmosphere well. The bathroom was remodeled, with everything new, you could feel at home.

Exactly what we were looking for! Located on a quiet street steps from the charming city center. Full set of amenities (linens, cleaning supplies, cooking spices, coffee maker, etc.). Super responsive, non-intrusive host. Definitely would book again!

We felt very comfortable! It was great that toys and shared use from the garden were allowed and our two-year-old was able to keep himself busy. Visiting the Grotto Railway in Linz, Tiergarten (free) in Wels and Aquapulto adventure pool in Bad Schallerbach were our excursion destinations with children and it was wonderful. We'd love to come back!

I had an amazing experience staying at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to local attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the delicious homemade breakfast each morning, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Franziska's place came as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and had the essentials. the appartment was quite spacious and well laid out. The neighborhood was quite but still only a 10 minute walk to the center. Franziska was very flexible and responsive to our enquiries. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation is very well located and very nice, the decoration is beautiful and the bedding is perfect. the city is at our feet, the shops and restaurants too.
