Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back … Pure relaxation!

An extremely well located apartment, roughly 15 minutes walk from the train station and just a minute or so from the main square. Despite many bars located close by we were never disturbed with noise. Lots of bakeries, cafes etc within the area. Would definitely stay again when based in the area.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. It is a clean and tidy new apartment. There were a lot of beds, and there was a balcony, so it wasn't stuffy! The sofa bed was spacious, so there was no discomfort when lying down! It was a little far from the main street of Český Krumlov, but it was definitely not too far to walk! Rather, I think this place was more open and new than the complex and narrow city! I highly recommend it!
