Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.

Chalupa je vhodná pro sportovce - cyklistika, turistika, vodáctví, pro rodiny s dětmi, i pro ty, kteří hledají klidnou dovolenou v jižních Čechách. V roce 2015 proběhla kompletní rekonstrukce, dům je plně vybaven zcela novým nábytkem. Pohodlně ubytuje 8 dospělých osob, v případě malých dětí je možné kapacitu i navýšit. Po dohodě je možná komentovaná prohlídka obory, která se nachází v těsné blízkosti chalupy.

The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.
