From the balcony you look into the nature reserve and enjoy direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor there are cozy sleeping areas. Relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock upstairs. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available.

Our apartment is modernly furnished in the style of the forest and equipped to a high standard. The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.

The getaway island, a perfect place to bathe in the forest, just have time to sit and watch, breathe and listen to nature. Pure relaxation! Time for you, for you! If you want, you can even be pampered by breakfast service in the morning. It is a starting point for wonderful hiking or biking or motorcycle tours. Then a sundowner on your tiny house terrace or in the bistro. Pure vacation! And if you don't feel like cooking, let yourself be cooked in "Zum Lang".

The house is in the center of Lipno, close to the road connecting Frymburk and Lipno, as well as close to the bike path and the Lipno dam. The center of Frymburk with its many shops and restaurants is just five minutes on foot from the cottage. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an equipped kitchen, O2 TV and electric heating. The water of the Lipno Dam can be reached after a 100 meters walk along the path.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Stay in an apartment on the shore of a lake (30m) with a private beach, the possibility of renting a motor boat. All close to the center of Frymburka. We also have Wellness and SPA on our premises. There is a ski slope or water skiing near us. Paddleboard rental for free. Or rent a motor boat or paddle boat from us.
