Beach house vacation rentals in Friesland

Perfect vacation with dog. Right by the dyke and you can go for a cozy swim right in the morning after getting up. Everything is at a great walking distance. Have come home completely refreshed.

We stayed in this lovely cottage for a week in early April. It is located on a marina, surrounded by water and meadows, we enjoyed the wide view and sat a lot in the wind-protected seating area. Overall, the weather was much better than expected, and when it got cold, the oven made the living room very cozy for us. The house is large, beautiful and functionally furnished, with eight people we had enough space. We will be happy to come back!

What is the house in a unique location! It is very clean and cozy. It's great to be able to walk right into nature. It's also nice that there are two terraces, so you have more opportunities to sit outside sheltered.

A very nice place at a top location. Fully equipped, nice atmosphere, very nice and spacious garden. A friendly host who provides clear information and responds quickly. Recommended!

We were very positively surprised by the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The garden was very nice and perfect for our little dog and the kids. Froukje is a very nice hostess who welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for the area. Check-in was also uncomplicated and there were even snacks ready. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you needed in it. The distance to the dog beach is super close and the right beach is adjacent. The city is a little further on foot, but also easily accessible and really nice . We would recommend this place and would book it again.

The place was very nice and well maintained, we felt right at home! In the house everything was available...from baking paper, Zewa, etc. to Maggi, the kitchen was well equipped. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet with direct views of the water... Everything worked out and we can only recommend the place!

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

The vacation home was great for us as a family. The location is fantastically beautiful. The house is very modernly furnished and everything we needed was available. The place is also great for families with playgrounds, the dike, beach and restaurants. Our vacation in Stavoren and in this house was perfect for us.

A very clean an bright chalet with all amenities. Plenty of privacy, loved the separate patio listening to the birds. Dishwasher in a separate room in house making it unhandy . Missed a normal floor brush only. But all in all will definitely return.

My wife and I were together with our son (3.5 years) for a weekend in Harlingen. Thanks to the really great accommodation, we felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment is super centrally located, parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Everything was clean and exactly as described or seen in the photos. We would come back anytime.

Super cozy accommodation in a lovely and authentic historic building in the middle of Harlingen. The city center, harbor and the small beach are within walking distance and the neighborhood is very nice and familiar. The good equipment of the kitchen and the super sound system are very noteworthy :) The bathroom in the historic building is very small, but sufficient if you don't need a lot of comfort. Harlingen is a pretty and lively place (and not just touristy!) and also a good base for exploring the area. We haven't met our hosts in person, but Jennifer was always very easy to contact, super friendly and helped us quickly and reliably with all our questions. We felt very comfortable and at home in the accommodation and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you very much - and dank je wel - for the wonderful stay in Harlingen!

Lillian and Julian's house was a perfect quiet base for exploring Texel. The contact about the booking and arrival was nice and relaxed. The accommodation is much more spacious than shown in the photos: two spacious bedrooms and a large utility room with ping pong table and infrared sauna. Everything is available to land and restaurants, a supermarket and (daily opened) bakery are close by. We had a lovely Easter weekend. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a very nice week in Désirées accommodation. Unfortunately, we were not particularly lucky with the weather, but for that we were able to spend a few cozy evenings on the really cozy couch and Netflix also worked. The apartment really has a great location and is also very stylish. However, the parking situation is a bit problematic in Harlingen. Free parking is possible at night, but during the day you always have to pay if you have arrived by your own car. Désirée can't do that, but you should be prepared for it. We also had the bikes we could put in the shed there. That was great.

Nice and clean little house! peaceful surroundings. I was thinking the sea at walking distance though there was huge muddy shore not suitable to walk!

enjoy one of the most beautiful places you can imagine. Location is close to west and you'll walk right into the woods. Very spacious plot and beautiful farmhouse. It is indeed all a bit low but with a little attention it will be fine. Glad the owners want to share this beautiful place with others

We have stayed here for a few days in the beautiful, cozy a cozy cottage. With 2 children and one dog. Had a wonderful time. Everything was available. A neatly clean👍🏼👌🏼

We had booked the hotel in its entirety with the fam. Had a wonderful time. Cozy spaces. Friendly managers who came by in the evening when we had a little something. Highly recommended for groups of up to 20 people.

What a beautiful view, within walking distance beach and Nes, where there is much to experience. The cottage itself is complete and basic. Fully equipped, nothing missing and everything works.

A beautiful house in a nice and quiet environment. Plenty of space in and around the house. Three large bedrooms. The kitchen has every comfort and plenty of crockery, pans and cutlery. Lovely sofas and also the chairs around the dining table are great. A tip: maybe dimmable lamps or a little earlier atmosphere in the seating area. Maybe an artificial plants. But for the rest really great!
