The Strandjutter at 5-star holiday park Klein Vaarwater is very well equipped, with a warm vintage atmosphere and lots of privacy. With play kitchen in the shed and 150 m away supermarket, indoor swimming pool and playground, restaurant, snack bar, bowling, miniature golf, fitness, squash, padel and tennis court. Outdoor playgrounds & laundry building nearby. Beach & sea & restaurants within walking distance! PLEASE NOTE: the park has announced rental commission. So we may have to charge extra parking costs.

Our cozy vacation home (55m2) is located directly on/on the water. From the terrace/living room you look out freely over the harbor where there is always something to do. From the rooftop terrace you have a fantastic view over the entire lake (de Fluessen) and in the distance Heeg. The Koggeplaet is a small quiet park. It has a beach and a boat slope. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and peace seekers. Within walking distance is an eatery, boat rental and 2 sailing schools.

Holiday home with private jetty in Makkum.

Since December 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the beach and the cozy boulevard with catering facilities. Beach Resort Makkum is vacationing at a beautiful resort on the IJsselmeer!

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.
