Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique accommodation located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week in the vicinity.

We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and smoke-free bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

With its own kitchen, shower/toilet, living room with beautiful views and bedroom with comfortable box spring, you will really relax.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. From the veranda you can spot deer, hares and birds. with unique vistas over the countryside of Jelsum. Enjoy lounging on the beautiful lounge set or relaxing in the sauna or hot tub. Our tiny house is full of comforts and has its own air conditioning, luxury kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The double bed of 1.40 offers space for 4 people, and there is a separate master bedroom with an Emmamatras. So there are 2 separate sleeping areas.

Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.
