We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Enjoy lounging on the beautiful lounge set or relaxing in the sauna or hot tub. Our tiny house is full of comforts and has its own air conditioning , luxury kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The double bedstee of 1.40 offers space for 4 people and there is a separate master bedroom with an Emmamatras. So there are 2 separate sleeping areas.

Guesthouse-Tiny house Middelsea

At the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with plenty of privacy. The cycling distance (2 bikes and tandem available) to the center of the city is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop.

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Start the morning with a refreshing swim, and in the evening enjoy a BBQ or enjoy the outdoors in the hot tub. Sailing, surfing, paddle boarding, you can do it all from your own terrace. It is wonderful to enjoy this new villa.

In this lovely cottage, you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. For a stay in nature, you don't have to sacrifice anything in luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of! The compact kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and has its own deck.

The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.
