Monthly Rentals in Friendship

Larry was very accommodating with my 81 year old father. My father was moving from Memphis to Tipton County and had a week before his new apartment. Family didn’t have a space in our homes due to stairs, so we reserved Larry’s apartment. It was perfect. My father enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the ease in which he could move from room to room with his “Rollator.” If we have family or friends who come for a visit, we would definitely recommend Larry’s space. Larry and Phyllis were very kind.

Everything was very clean. It is a very nice home and had plenty of beds. There's even a rollaway bed available. Everything is clearly marked in the house so you can find things easily. It is centrally located and way better than any of the hotels. I highly recommend this place.

This house served as the perfect place of peace of comfort that my family so badly needed during our trip to Tennessee. David is a kind, proactive, communicative, friendly, awesome host who went above and beyond multiple times to make our stay the best it could be. If you travel much, you know that some locations are a bit more rustic than us comfortable, while others are so fancy and extravagant you hardly want to sit down or mess up the beds to sleep. This home is a perfect balance and to say we felt right at home would be an understatement. As a single mom of a young boy, I felt safe coming and going at all hours, the surroundings were beautiful, and David made us feel welcome and relaxed. Not only would I stay here again- I look forward to it. Excellent value for what you pay. Like the doormat says upon your arrival- stay a while.
