Wonderful trip to Granby! The house was just like the pictures. Perfect set up for me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens and towels. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing - was very convenient to be able to walk 2 minutes and be on a run down to the lifts. Communication between the owners was great and they were very helpful and responsive. We definitely loved the house and location and plan to return!

Brett's place is great. Wonderful neighborhood and spacious. It comfortably fit our family of 5 with a dog, and we would have been able to easily accommodate up to 8-10. It was a bit toasty on the top floor, but definitely better than being cold. The home is dated, but thoughtfully done, cozy, and matches the reviews. Brett was flexible in allowing us to change dates for our visit before we arrived which was great and one of the reasons we picked him and his home. Would definitely come back!

This was our best Airbnb stay ever! The house was beautiful inside & out & stocked fantastically well. The beds were very comfortable which is a priority for us. The location was great & very convenient for the skiers in our family. And, Stephanie & Joe were extremely responsive to questions. Truly this home is a gem.

Wonderful stay at Sage Haven! The home is inviting and open, but full of warmth. The passive hearing during the day meant we never needed a fire or extra blankets. Kitchen had everything for preparing all meals, a variety of coffee methods, and cloth napkins even! It's literally like staying in your own home with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The wraparound deck is incredible. The oversized, 2 person soaking tub was the best ending to a day on the slopes! Even enjoyed some PS4, and the movie selection. Our pets were comfy, and Ben gave us all the instructions and tips we needed without ever asking or waiting. Glad we had chains for the road up to the house in our Prius, lol. Highly recommend and hope to return again soon! Thanks so much, wonderful home to be in!

Wendy's home was the perfect place for our group. We had three families sharing the house, and we had plenty of space. Wendy was incredibly helpful and kind in her communication, and there are so many thoughtful amenities included in the stay that made traveling with kids a great experience. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful views! The house fit our group very well. It was great to have so many bathrooms and the two separate levels were nice to spread out in. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive for the driveway as it becomes very slippery with melting and refreezing at night. The hot tub is great after a day on the slopes! Towels for the hot tub would be a bonus as there are limited towels in the bathrooms. Overall, a very nice rental!

We had a spectacular time in this peaceful retreat and only wish we'd stayed longer! The house had everything we needed, was incredibly cozy and welcoming, and was a perfect spot to hunker down in on a very snowy weekend. Can't recommend the home high enough!

BOOK THIS HOUSE NOW!! Christina is an amazing host, extremely responsive and quick to address any issues. The guest house is beautiful, with great finishes and very clean. The amenities are well thought out, plenty of games for the kids, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, and the bedrooms are comfortable with humidifiers and sound machines. Granby Ranch is a great mountain - easy to manage, not crowded, and perfect for families. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and snowshoeing at the YMCA. We loved how close the house is to the YMCA! Christina was very receptive to feedback and truly made our stay exceptional. We will absolutely be back! We can’t say enough great things about it!!!

We loved our stay! The location of this studio is perfect. Right up the street from the downtown. It was the perfect size, and my fiance and I enjoyed the amenities. The studio was also extremely warm and comfortable which was great when the snow was falling and it was chilly outside. Allison was extremely responsive, and the check in and check out was extremely easy. We will definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Mike and Jenny’s place is a perfect location if you’re hitting the slopes! Take the elevator up 1 floor, walk down a hallway, and you’re right on the corridor trail that takes you to the Gondola Lift and Winter Park base. Super responsive hosts and very accommodating. The building also has several other amenities: hot tubs, pool, gym/exercise room, lounge with pool table. There was also bus access back from the base camp to Iron Horse if you don’t want to walk or miss the exit off the corridor trail. The unit was clean and is actually cleaned and prepped by a full team (saw them in action after I checked out). Not a huge unit, but that is clear from pics. With that being said, you’re not in WP to sit inside lol, it’s a nice place to sleep after a day of adventures outdoors! Parking garage access was super convenient. Would love to stay again the next time I’m in Winter Park!

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days while we skied at Granby Ranch. We had an awesome time. We had everything we needed. The house was stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets, toilet paper, and detergent for keeping up with laundry. We had an issue with the key pad the first day and the host responded and fixed the issue very quickly. We loved the sunrise views over the mountains each morning and watching/listening to beautiful creek running through the backyard. The fireplace was so cozy after a day at the slopes! My only wishes would be if there was a hot tub on the amazing porch, if the master bed mattress was a little more firm, and if there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

This cabin was perfect for all 9 of us! Zedi responded timely and even offered early check in! He also allowed us to push check out due to scheduling however it all worked out! Kitchen was stocked, snowshoes were provided, enough towels, even some condiments in the fridge! I will say the driveway was a little slippery with it being winter but nothing that put a damper on our trip. Definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle! All in all it was a success! thank you!

Amazing hosts with extremely quick response times. The view from the house was breath taking. We will definitely be back! Location is 25-30 min from Winter Park and Frazier and 30 min from On The Trail snow mobiles in Grand Lake. We had an amazing trip!

Beautiful little cabin with gorgeous views of the mountains. Plenty of space for my girlfriend and I, as well as our pup. Jonathan was always quick to respond and super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Their property is beautiful. We were unable to get up the driveway (4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee) as it hadn’t been plowed, and we had to park down by neighbors and carry our luggage up the steep driveway. Stairs were covered in snow so we had to remove it to get inside. We turned the heat up to 65 degrees, but it never got above 57degrees in the home. Due to these concerns we just ate the cost and left the next morning, and rented a place in the city for the second night. The home is beautiful and has amazing views. I’m sure it is just as beautiful in the summer and as a Floridian that may have been a better option for us. We didn’t do a fire in wood burning stove as we just wanted to shower and sleep once we got inside, and didn’t want to leave a fire burning unattended.

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle
