Family-friendly vacation rentals in Fraser

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Perfect location for a ski trip, the bus to winter park was easily walkable, as were bars and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable, just a little tough with 8 adults since the bunk room is so small. But we would stay here again just for the location.

We had a great time at Cheryl’s place! Location is perfect, close to many restaurants (7-10 min by car), gorgeous views. We felt at home! Definitely want to go back every year!!

Great location away from downtown which allowed us to wind down and have some peace and quiet. There were some people renting right next door who were a bit loud, but they respected the quiet hours later in the evening.

The property was as described. Plenty of room for four adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Couches are a little outdated, but are very comfortable. We will book again. Thanks!

This is a perfect place for families to stay. You are very close to everything, grocery stores, great restaurants, and family activities. The pool was perfect for the kiddo’s and the hot tub was perfect for the tired adults after a long day playing in the snow. I will definitely be back!

Kevin’s place had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Comfy beds, extra linens and a kitchen that allowed us to cook when we wanted. It was also minutes away from skiing and all the accommodations we needed during our stay. Kevin was incredibly responsive with our questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay! Parking with a big truck was tricky as some of the parking stalls were too low for us to get in, so if the condos are full not sure where you park?

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location for skiing in winter park and walking to downtown. Host was super responsive and helpful! The condo is quite spacious and comfortable with a great mountain view!

Matt and Lisa were phenomenal hosts. The studio in which we stayed had everything we needed and Lisa was more than accommodating to get extra towels, etc. for us. There were two dogs on the property, which were extremely friendly as well. We had our dog with us, and they were all able to play. I would recommend this to any single person or couple that is looking for a place in or around Fraser. It was worth every penny.

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

The location of Derica's studio was perfect for our ski trip to Winter Park. We have family in Granby and Winter Park is only a 20 minute drive from there. We enjoyed the hots tubs and pool after long days of skiing. Everything in the studio was super clean, and the Murphy bed was comfortable. Although we only cooked breakfast in the room, one could easily prepare full meals in the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, spices, pots and pans were plentiful. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There were many people staying in the building, but the environment was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise from the units above ours. We also appreciated that Derica's place is dog friendly, and she does supply dog beds, bowls, and pet waste bags. We would definitely stay at this cute little studio again!

This place was perfect for a three day ski trip for my son and I. My son used the loft in the bedroom. The master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was a perfect size for us with everything we needed to make our meals in the condo every night. The bus stop is about a one minute walk from the front door. The bus was about 25 minutes to Winter Park. Really enjoyed staying here.

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

The location was perfect for my family. We took the Amtrak train to and from Fraser. The local bus system was super convenient from the station to the condo, grocery,and winter park for skiing. We also enjoyed convenient access to the pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities.

My husband and I loved staying at Jasen’s place for over a month. The WiFi is fast and suited for remote work. The location is phenomenal - the free Winter Park bus called the Lift picks up directly outside the building (pro trip: download the Lift Rider app). We skied the resort almost everyday and the rest of the time we sat in the hot tub at the recreation center just a few buildings walk away. The kitchen is well stocked, the building is quiet, and the in unit washer/dryer is a huge bonus.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.
