Whether it be play time or quiet time (or both!), we offer our guests (and pets) the comfort of a large studio and yard at the end of a dead end street. After enjoying a perfect Colorado winter day, come back to your spacious room for a drink by your cozy fireplace to think about what restaurant to enjoy to cap a wonderful day.

It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
