Welcome to Prichsenstadt! A hidden romantic village in Bavarian wine country. As on site owners we are here to make sure your stay is worry free and pleasant. The 65 square meter apartment is comfortable and spacious. Free parking is on-site inside our private gated courtyard. Just steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. Prichsenstadt is a great base location to see all of Bavaria. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . No cleaning fee. Please read all information below.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
