Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die 85 qm gr. Ferienwohnung am Waldrand bietet in 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche (Schlafcouch 140 cm) Platz für 5 Personen. Das Bad ist mit Wanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Parken im Carport, Wallbox Typ 2(kostenpflichtig) Fahrradgarage. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Steigerwald und das ehem. Zisterzienserkloster. Im Ort gibt es eine Norma-Filiale, 2 Bäckereien (mit kl. Lebensmittelbestand) und 1 Apotheke. 3 gute Speiselokale im Ort. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 7 km.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
