Monthly Rentals in Frank Espinos

I had a really great stay at Borja’s place. It’s very cosy, clean, well located and has literally everything you need, including some coffee, oil and detergent for washing machine :) Borja was super nice and caring, sending recommendations for the area and responding swiftly. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the windows 😊😊, not something I encountered in San Juan during my other stays. Everything was great, thank you!

I stayed with my family for 3 days and we liked it, easy access, clean, tidy, the beach is very close and it also has an umbrella and chairs to take there, the hosts are attentive and respond quickly, we recommend it and of course we would come back 😃

We had a lovey stay, with my wife and two children. Location is great, 5 mins from San Juan Beach, 5 mins walk from Arena gym. Irene is a very good host, responded really quickly and offered great advice on restaurants and places to visit.
