Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in France

Only stayed one night! The gîte is located at the end of long minor road surrounded by beautiful countryside. The building is a very old stone built farmhouse with the original fireplace and beams. Modernised tastefully with large patio doors to front and rear making the kitchen/ dining/ lounge very light. Comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Large ground floor bedroom with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom with wet room shower and bath. Large screened courtyard to the front with parking and a large rear garden with open rural views. Great base to explore the area around Auray. Would return and would recommend.

Although we were surprised that this was not really independent accommodation, we were hosted very well by Françoise who is very responsive and does her best to reconcile everyone's interests and ambitions. Jacuzzi and garden are very nice. Thanks for the flexibility and sympathy! We had a lovely relaxing weekend!

The accommodation is very comfortable, super clean, a real little cocoon decorated with passion and care by Peggy. The garden area, which is on the banks of the Loire, is idyllic. I thank Peggy for her kindness, responsiveness and authenticity. It's very pleasant!!! BIG thank you!

We had a great time at Thierry's with the added bonus of the sun. We were very well received and the listing was as described. It is very well-equipped, clean and the sauna is very nice. The accommodation is located near the lake, quiet and in a very soothing environment. The large terrace allows you to make the most of the outdoors and the children loved playing outside. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant stay at Kévin's. The cottage is very nice, matches the photos. We were hosted very well by Kevin and we did not lack anything. I highly recommend it.

Very good stay. Small house with a courtyard to park the car and play outside. Clean and functional accommodation. Very good communication with Emmanuel. 7-minute walk to Parc des Expos. The bed is nickel, heating and bathroom perfect, blind and velux allow you to put the bottom and top in complete darkness. Not noisy despite the nearby road. We'll be back with pleasure for the next competition. Thank you.

Pleasant apartment in accordance with the photos - good location - 2 min walk to the market - quiet apartment - easy to park the car

This was our second stay at Philippe's place and, just like our first stay, we were very pleased to be able to stay there. The accommodation, as described, is very clean and, while located in a very peaceful area of the city, is nevertheless close (by car or on foot) to the central neighborhoods or shopping malls. We only spent the weekend there, during a race in which our son was to participate, but we were delighted in every respect. We would highly recommend it!

Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the center of Montpellier by walking entirely. The only downside is the lack of flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times even if the owner still accepts a check-in at 3:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your availability, I would recommend this listing!

There were two of us at Corinne's and it was wonderful. The apartment is very charmingly furnished and equipped exceptionally. We spent two nights at Corinne's and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace under the blue sky. The beautiful views of the harbor also remain unforgettable. Merci Corinne, we will be back!

Aurelia's apartment is fully in line with the photos and description. The accommodation is warm, cozy and decorated with taste. The general condition is impeccable. The residence is very quiet and the village is quite pleasant. Aurélia was responsive and available. The apartment was the starting point for our daily wanderings (Avignon, Aix en Provence, Marseille...). It was a pleasure to spend this time in Oppède. We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!
