Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Dream place. If you are looking for peace and beauty there are no comparisons: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact, and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful accommodation and great location! Close to both the bathing establishments and the public beach! Perfect accommodation for visiting Viareggio! I recommend it!

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

We stayed 6 nights at Matteo. It was a great apartment for the two of us, with a very nice terrace. During the day we were on the beach or on the road in the area and in the late afternoon was relaxing,by the beautiful pool,trendy. In which you could also swim your laps. Again, thank you for having us as guests at Matteo.

Lerici was a great place to stay on our vacation and the apartment was just as described. Very helpful getting the coffee brewer going after we put the wrong pods in by accident. Definitely a great place to stay.

We loved our stay in Monicas house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoying one week of holiday. The house is big and did not feel crowded at all. The first days we were just amazed over how fantastic the old building was with its beautiful stone floors, high ceilings and windows. The garden is very large and private with a nice pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house with serveral restaurants close by. Can recommend this house to everyone.

Thank you Gianpaolo for your warm welcome, your availability, everything was perfect, the location a haven of peace facing the sea, located next to the 2 villages Le Grazie and Porto Venere that we could reach on foot from the gate of the very well arranged garden. The small pool is very nice. The newly renovated house is very clean and faithful to the photos. Departure by boat from Porto Venere, very convenient for visiting the 5 lands and other islands. We totally disconnected during these 3 days. We'll be happy to go back. A very nice discovery.

Our stay at Luca's place was just amazing! Even before our arrival, we were impressed by the proactive and friendly communication – Luca was always available and provided us with all the necessary information. He helped us book taxis, which was not so easy due to the limited English skills of the local taxi drivers:-) Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool in the garden, built of noble travertine stones – a real oasis of relaxation. Our little mouse learned to swim there. Another highlight was the free access to parasol and sunbeds directly on the beach that Luca organized for us. This made the days by the sea extra relaxing. The location of the house was also perfect: quiet but still central – by bike it was only 5 minutes to the beach. We highly recommend Lucas's house and would love to come back!

We had a great time. A great welcome, good advice, an exceptional garden, a well-equipped and comfortable accommodation, Portovenere is just so pretty and pleasant especially after spending a day in the 5 lands with people. The week at Severino and Enrica was very relaxing for us. The house is remote and surrounded by forest. You have to experience the atmosphere, it's just unique. We were just happy to spend time in the house and outside in the huge garden. It is made with so much love and built by Severino himself and you can tell throughout. However, you absolutely need a car. Otherwise, don't hesitate to book it. It's worth it. Severino and Enrica are kind-hearted people and we are very grateful to have met them. The two of them have touched us with their warmth And authenticity is enchanting. Thank you all, friends! maik+regina

We haven't had such a beautiful house in a long time! Alessandra is a perfect host, always available, very friendly and accommodating. The house is well equipped, even shower accessories are provided. We felt at home and will definitely come back. An additional plus is the proximity to the beach - in less than ten minutes you are there. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, Alessandra!

Marina di Carrara was a pleasant discovery, Giacomo's house is practical and comfortable, it is located a few steps from the center and is also convenient for reaching the port and the beaches. Giacomo was very welcoming, always kind, present and available for every need. I would like to return to his house for a future vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

The place is as described and meets our expectations. Everything is OK, I recommend it

We had a wonderful time at Giulia’s Airbnb! The home is not only beautiful and spotless, but also incredibly well thought out—especially for anyone traveling with a baby. Giulia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing everything we could possibly need: a crib, high chair, baby bath, mosquito nets, and even a few toys and books, which our little one loved. The garden was a real highlight—a peaceful, private space where we could relax while the baby played safely. It was perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with Giulia was excellent from start to finish. She and her partner were very kind, responsive, and full of helpful tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as a young family and would 100% come back. Highly recommend!
