fantastic apartment, large, clean and bright spaces. There were six of us, all very satisfied. Comfortable beds, equipped with various very useful things. I could be wrong but I didn't seem to see an emergency kit that could be very useful.

I would 100% recommend this place! The hosts are available, responsive, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is designed to make your stay a great one, with lots of little touches that make the difference. It is well located for taking trains to the Cinque Terre, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. We stayed there with a baby: a high chair, cutlery, plate and baby bed were available as soon as we arrived. One thing is certain: if we have to come back to the area, we will go back without hesitation. Thanks again for these few days!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

I’ve just returned from a one night stay at Alessandro’s apartment, and it was faultless. The location of the apartment was exceptional. Delicious food spots and bars could be found a few steps away on the same street, but with no disturbance to our stay at all. All of the main Pisa spots to visit were walkable, and it felt very much in the heart of the town, while maintaining the peace and quiet of a residential street. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious. I was visiting with my parents for only one night, but we genuinely wish we were staying longer to make better use of the apartment and all it had to offer. Alessandro was the ideal host throughout. He always responded in a timely and friendly manner, and was extremely helpful with directions, info on the apartment and local recommendations. I really can’t recommend Alessandro’s apartment enough, for a comfortable stay in Pisa!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

We were very happy at our stay at this wonderful little house. Very peaceful and the hosts were more than amazing.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.

This is an amazing place, immediately outside the city walls for very easy access to all that Lucca has to offer. The house itself has amazing facilities both inside and in the garden with the pool/ table tennis etc. kept everyone entertained really well. We had a great stay, thanks very much!

Antonio's apartment is in a very convenient location, it is well furnished and cozy, more beautiful live than in the photos. Antonio was available and accurate. Absolutely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Thanks for a great stay! The apartment is perfect located for a city trip to Pisa! You can find everything you need in short distance. The apartment itself is well equipped, wounderful furniture and cosy bed.

This is one of the best Air BnBs that we have stayed in, very well designed and kept up. Although in an ancient building, the apartment was the most thoughtfully designed for comfort and utility. There is very little that could possibly be added to improve it. The location for us was the best. It was very near the center of the city, but far enough away to be extremely quiet. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes, and completely circled the town on the Mura, a unique experience maybe in the world. The 15th Century creation of a Green Space outside the walls was more than inspired, and allows Lucca to remain Lucca. Leandro was kind to help with our baggage and was always available when needed.

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs!
