Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

We had a very good time! We chose Barbara's apartment for a Carnival weekend. The house is very nice, located a short walk from the seafront, in a convenient location and equipped with all amenities. Barbara is very kind and welcoming, she welcomed us personally and gave us some tips to make the most of the weekend. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Dora's place. She let us check in early which was a lifesaver. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. Good grocery stores within walking distance too. Can be a little loud due to location to the trains however the windows are good at blocking out sound so this wasn't a massive issue. Good amenities to cook and do laundry if needed too. You share the apartment with another room so your experience may vary depending on who you share it with. We were lucky and had no issues.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Very close to the station! We got there to go to Cinque Terre, and I really liked the location, the ease of coming and going by train, and there were very good restaurants within a 5-minute walk!!! The place was comfortable! It had everything we needed! Hot water! We were happy! I would recommend it!

Modern, with an amazing view and well equipped. Something out of their control is that the road to the house is quite narrow, so might be challenging for the driver if it has a large car.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

Nicola welcomed us flexibly, we were a little early. That was not an issue. He explained and showed us everything. The apartment was perfectly furnished, very clean and nothing was missing. Nicola was also very accommodating with our two children. We asked for a folding stool so that the two of them can get to the sink flexibly. We got this right away. Nicola also always inquired how we were doing and gave us tips on the area. We will definitely come back again. The area as such is also very nice and Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc. are easy to reach.

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great!
