Comfortable, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need to make your vacation truly enjoyable. The location a few meters from the sea is certainly excellent. Vincenza was perfect as a Host, as was Sergio during check-in. Surely in the future we would like to return to spend a few days at the Baita sul Mare. 5 deserved stars.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Chiara's place. Elena met us and showed us all the details of the home. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make and enjoy couple of meals. The home was large and clean and our beds were all comfortable. The apartment looked out on the marina and a quiet park. Great restaurants were only meters away. We took buses 10 to 15 minutes to Porto Venere and La Spezia to go to Cinque Terre. I would recommend this place as a quiet and convenient location to stay away from the busy city and Cinque Terre area.

Very clean tidy apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator and the area is very convenient for the center. Parking is easy to find, a positive note at the tobacconist there are daily and weekly passes. The host responds very quickly and is very helpful and responsive.

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay, like most places nothing is perfect but the house was nice. Private parking was perfect, and Bruno who meet us at the house was really nice in explaining the features of the house and parking. We were expecting nice views of the bay but unfortunately it was all blocked by huge shipping containers that didn’t allow us to see any of the water - but that is not host fault. Be advised the showers in both bathrooms are Extremely TINY. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre from there (about 30 min walk to train or 4 minute drive to park under the train station) . Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Manuel is a nice and friendly host. We spent two days in this apartment, which is comfortable, quiet and easy to find, very close to the sea. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessary devices, making it really convenient. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Grazia's place. It is super well located and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that one needs. Grazia and Margherita were super friendly hosts and always responsive. We recommend Grazia's place and hope we can come back another time.

Sabrina's apartment is truly a gem. From all the windows you can see the sea and it is so beautifully quiet there. In the small town of Fezzano there are three restaurants and the locals are friendly and authentic. Fezzano is easily accessible by bus from La Spezia - as is Portovenere. So you can relax well in Sabrina's apartment and reach more lively surroundings with little time/travel effort. We particularly liked that Sabrina was so flexible with us and that we were even able to check in earlier. She personally checked us in, so there was time for a exchange was and we were able to learn a little more about Fezzano and the region. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with attention to the details. There was water, even a bottle of Prosecco and espresso capsules, so we could enjoy the “Cafe” directly at the window with sea views. We definitely want to come back!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

I stayed for 8 nights in early August with my son and immediately felt completely comfortable in the apartment where I found all the comfort and discretion I was looking for. The area is perfect. Just below the house are my bakeries and my favorite restaurants! The Conad is a stone's throw away and the market area right behind the house is beautiful to frequent in the morning with its pedestrian streets and all the shops. Gianmarco is a super kind and caring host. I'll definitely be back!

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

Simone was very kind, he allowed us to arrive at the time we wanted and was at the gate to open and allow us to enter and park. The house has a parking space, priceless given the difficulty of parking in the area. The newly renovated house, new furniture and accessories, clean and comfortable was equipped with everything you need and even something more. I spent 3 wonderful days to be repeated as soon as possible.

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! It was my first time with Airbnb and it couldn't have gone better. Melissa and Giovanni were absolutely lovely hosts – friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment is gorgeous, even better than the description. Everything is like new and really cool. The two balconies offer stunning sea views – they're actually amazing. Tellaro is a charming and peaceful village with an authentic Italian vibe, good restaurants and an interesting history. Private parking right near the apartment was really important – without that, it would have been almost impossible to find a parking spot. We had an unforgettable vacation here. I can sincerely recommend this place to everyone!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. First of all, it's in a beautiful area one block from the Viareggio walkway and still near the sea. In addition, Gabriele was always very attentive to resolving all our concerns, we will stay again another time.
