Waterfront vacation rentals in Forte dei Marmi

Appartamento confortevole, pulito, dotato di tutte di tutto il necessario per rendere la vacanza veramente piacevole. La posizione a pochi metri dal mare e' sicuramente eccellente. Vincenza e' stata perfetta come Host, cosi' come Sergio nel corso del check-in. Sicuramente in futuro vorremmo ritornare a passare un po' di giorni alla Baita sul Mare. 5 stelle meritate.

Appartamento molto pulito ordinato, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e la zona è molto comoda per il centro. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente, una nota positiva al tabacchino ci sono abbonamenti giornalieri e settimanali. L'host risponde in tempi brevissimi ed è molto disponibile e reattivo.

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

Super emplacement, super vue et super accueil de Francesco et Mari. Ils ont prit le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous donner les explications pour faciliter notre visite. L’endroit était magnifique et très propre.

We really enjoyed our stay, like most places nothing is perfect but the house was nice. Private parking was perfect, and Bruno who meet us at the house was really nice in explaining the features of the house and parking. We were expecting nice views of the bay but unfortunately it was all blocked by huge shipping containers that didn’t allow us to see any of the water - but that is not host fault. Be advised the showers in both bathrooms are Extremely TINY. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre from there (about 30 min walk to train or 4 minute drive to park under the train station) . Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Manuel è un padrone di casa simpatico e amichevole. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo appartamento, che è comodo, tranquillo ed è facile da trovare, vicinissimoal mare. L'alloggio è ben attrezzato e dispone di tutti i dispositivi necessari, rendendolo davvero conveniente. Se avremo l'opportunità, ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a great time at Grazia's place. It is super well located and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that one needs. Grazia and Margherita were super friendly hosts and always responsive. We recommend Grazia's place and hope we can come back another time.

Sabrinas Wohnung ist wirklich ein Juwel. Aus allen Fenstern sieht man das Meer und es ist so schön ruhig dort. In dem kleinen Ort Fezzano gibt es drei Restaurants und die Leute vor Ort sind freundlich und authentisch. Fezzano ist gut mit dem Bus von La Spezia erreichbar - ebenso Portovenere. Man kann also in Sabrinas Wohnung gut entspannen und belebtere Umgebungen mit wenig Zeit-/Reiseaufwand erreichen. Es hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dass Sabrina so flexibel auf uns eingegangen ist und wir sogar früher einchecken konnten. Sie hat den Checkin persönlich mit uns durchgeführt, sodass Zeit für einen Austausch war und wir ein bisschen mehr über Fezzano und die Region erfahren konnten. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es gab Wasser, sogar eine Flasche Prosecco und Espressokapseln, sodass wir direkt den „Cafe“ am Fenster mit Meeresblick genießen konnten. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Ho soggiornato per 8 notti ad inizio agosto con mio figlio e fin da subito mi sono sentita completamente a mio agio nell’appartamento dove ho trovato tutto il comfort e la discrezione che cercavo. La zona è davvero perfetta. Proprio sotto casa ci sono le mie pasticcerie e i miei ristoranti preferiti! Il Conad è a due passi e la zona del mercato proprio dietro casa è bellissima da frequentare al mattino con le sue vie pedonali e tutti i negozietti. Gianmarco è un host super gentile e premuroso. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Simone gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di arrivare all'orario che volevamo e si è fatto trovare al cancello per aprire e permetterci di entrare e parcheggiare. La casa dotata di posto auto, impagabile vista la difficoltà di parcheggio nella zona. La casa appena ristrutturata, arredo e accessori nuovi, pulita e confortevole era dotata di tutto il necessario essenziale e anche qualcosa in più. Abbio passato 3gg stupendi da ripetere appena possibile.

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Tämä oli ensimmäinen kertani Airbnb:llä, eikä se olisi voinut mennä paremmin. Melissa ja Giovanni olivat aivan ihanat isännät – ystävällisiä, avuliaita ja helposti tavoitettavissa. Asunto on upea, jopa parempi kuin kuvauksessa. Kaikki on kuin uutta ja todella siistiä. Kaksi parveketta tarjoavat upeat merinäköalat – ne ovat oikeasti uskomattomat. Tellaro on viehättävä ja rauhallinen kylä, jossa on aito italialainen tunnelma, hyviä ravintoloita ja kiinnostava historia. Yksityinen pysäköinti aivan lähellä asuntoa oli todella tärkeä – ilman sitä parkkipaikan löytäminen olisi ollut liki mahdotonta. Vietimme täällä unohtumattoman loman. Voin vilpittömästi suositella tätä paikkaa kaikille!

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos en este departamento. En primer lugar está en una zona hermosa a una cuadra de la pasarela de Viareggio y aún paso del mar. Además Gabriele se mostró siempre muy atento a resolver todas nuestras inquietudes, volveremos a alojarnos en otra oportunidad.
