Vacation rentals with lake access in Fort Walton Beach

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We had a great time at Bryan’s place. My sons had an amazing time fishing, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was an easy drive from the beach or restaurants. Bryan was helpful and very responsive. He even helped us out within 5 minutes when we locked ourselves out of the house. Awesome vacation! Would definitely come back.

This was our first visit to the Destin area and Karen’s place was perfect. It is minutes to the popular Crab Island and that’s an experience you can’t miss! The home was huge and the boat dock fit 2 boats with lots of space. Pool was perfect to come back to after a day in the salt water. Loved the bikes for evening rides around the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and also offered some local tips. Parking was no issue with 2 trucks and boat trailers in driveway. Uber is available and publix delivery was great upon arrival. 10/10 would recommend and stay again when in the area.

Sophea’s home was beautiful, nearly brand new, pristine, well stocked, great location and a view that can’t be beat!! Will 100% be back. Great communication throughout. The water sport items, chairs, and beach toys were a great addition and made it very convenient. The dock was unbelievable and a great addition to the house. Thanks Sophea.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

We enjoyed staying at Haydee’s place. It was a spacious place and was set up nicely for a family to stay all week (including a washer and dryer). It was about a 15-20 min walk to the beach so you did not have to drive. There were also places to eat which were walkable. The only issues we experienced were paying for parking by QR code and a louder neighbor upstairs one evening, but these were both out of Haydee’s control, and she was very responsive the whole time.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Bonnie’s place was an excellent choice, felt just like home, only a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, we would definitely stay at Bonnie’s again

We loved this Airbnb! Lee was a wonderful host. The location was perfect with the beach right across the street, the organic cafe next door, and other great beach towns in either direction. The condo was completely charming, spotless, and beautifully remodeled.

Would definitely book this place again. Blane was super friendly and had an answer to every question. I wish all Airbnb hosts were just like Blane

This is a stunning location. The access to the dock and kayak equipment made this stay an amazing experience. I wish I had stayed longer than one night so I could have enjoyed the access to the bay for a full day rather than just one evening and a morning, but the sunset from the dock and the morning paddle were still well worth it.

A welcomed oasis. It was a calm, peaceful setting. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. The house has everything you will need. Kitchen well stocked with quality pans, and kid friendly items also. Bathrooms are a nice size and the porch was great for storing beach gear. Some chairs and bikes were a bonus that were included!

Second time staying here. I selfishly don’t want to leave a review bc it’s truly a hidden gem. Sandy and Larry are fantastic hosts. Amazingly stocked Airbnb, all the soaps shampoos etc that you need, always a stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything that you would need for a little beach vacation. It’s a mini kitchenette in the unit but plenty to do some basic cooking. The location is perfect to walk to the beach. Hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do every time.

We absolutely fell in love with this sweet cottage. Amongst the cookie cutter homes in the area this little place is reminiscent of old Florida. It had everything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, look no further. Connie is a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We loved our stay here! The community is awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the setup—nothing was overlooked. The beds were super comfortable, beach towels were provided, and everything felt easy and welcoming. We have three young kids, and they were so comfortable and happy here. We’ll definitely be back!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had 3 families, 6 adults and six 17 year olds. We cooked every meal and kitchen was well equipped. Parking at the beach was very limited so the GEM cart (extra $) and free bikes worked out great. The pool was great with many chairs, tables, bathrooms, and umbrellas and has a large lawn where we played corn hole and Slammo. The house has two large living areas that allowed the teens to stay up late playing the many provided board games and watching movies on the large TVs. The back porch was nice for morning coffee. 4 bedrooms, 2 with connected bathroom, 2 without. All beds were very comfortable. The grill works well but bring utensils and a grill brush.
