Vacation rentals with a sauna in Folly Field Beach

The location was perfect, with all of the great amenities at the Hilton Head resort! Walking distance to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jason and their property highly enough. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This property is exactly what we needed for our Spring Break trip. Condo is very cozy and looks just like the pictures. The owner was responsive and helpful. So much to do that you don't have to leave property if you don't want to. I loved that it was a quick walk to beach and several pools. My son loved the indoor pool area the best. Bike riding was great. Yummy food spots on property. We would definitely come back and book this location.

What a little slice of heaven! The ocean view is a grand one, and we were thankful for the opportunity to stay and see the sunrise! Kimberly was an excellent host and was so kind throughout our stay. We booked at the absolute last minute (due to another Air BnB not being clean!) and she saved our little family's vacation! Her condo was on the 3rd floor, so there was a little travel time to the car, pool, and beach, but the 3rd floor travel was worth the views every morning. The kitchen is well stocked, the bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and the sand toys/wagon were the perfect compliment to our beach days. The overall facility is a little dated, (all the condos are individually owned) but Kimberly's place is well maintained, very modern, and highly functional. Her location is ideal for very little traffic as her building features a badminton court instead of a pool. We are very thankful for the time we were able to spend there.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

WE LOVED IT. Felt like home. Easy to get to many stores, beaches and pools. If you might’ve forgotten anything they have it to use. Apartment was super clean! Will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

We really enjoyed your place. Everything you could think to need was available. Peaceful, close to the beach. Pool was great. Our host even checked in during our stay just to be sure we were okay and not in need of anything. Thank you so so much! We will be back. ☺️

Turtle Tracks was exactly as described. The unit was a cozy retreat for me and my two sisters and my 84 year old mother. We drove from 3 different locations and met up there to celebrate mom’s birthday. It was a wonderful weekend getaway that we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed the local restaurants and spent one morning exploring some of the many thrift shops. (We all have bargains that we brought home.). We also experienced a live performance at the Main Street Theater. We saw The Lion King Junior. The children and crew did an amazing job. I would highly recommend taking in a show at this amazing gem of a venue. Finally, I want to thank Jennifer, our host, for sharing her cozy, clean and comfortable condo with my family. This place is great. The resort is beautiful. The pools/spas are new! It’s right on the beach. We loved the grilling area and fire pit at night. The condo is clean and great. Comfy furniture Keith’s instructions were clear and great. We will definitely be back next year.

The condo was exactly as described ! Close to the beach and private ! Will definitely check out other places this host has but for sure it’s my top spot to stay for next year ! Host was wonderful to work with and very welcoming ! Warm place , very peaceful ! Had everything at the ready for us when we arrived ! The location was just far enough away where it was quiet but close enough to everything that was within 10 minute drive

Host was very responsive and communicated well about the place and amenities! Loved that it was near the bridge to the beach and right next to the outdoor pool and restaurant. The weather was cool, so we used their indoor heated pool and hot tub, which was great!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our 3 kids (12/10/6). My daughter enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk to the beach with her dad. Location was close to shopping, dining and groceries. The staff at the resort were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit chilly so having an indoor pool was a great perk. Teresa was very prompt with responding and helpful. We would consider staying here again in the future.

What a beautiful location! Condo had everything we needed and more! And Amy was so kind and responsive! Hilton Head is the most beautiful beach we've visited as a family!

Couldn't have more nice things to say about our experience/stay. They made multiple changes to our reservation free of charge, even mailed us back forgotten clothes. Would love to stay here again.

Having an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal for Feb. in Hilton Head. The boardwalk to the beach was very walkable. Jeremy was quick with local recommendations. We stayed for a month so did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen was ideal for this....plenty of workspace and great appliances. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the area. Great seafood locally!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Hilton Head Island, in no small part due to Sue's assistance and accommodations. We settled comfortably into our very nice living space, and immersed ourselves in everything — from the beautiful boardwalk to the beach, the close-by wildlife, and the natural beauty all around. Sue communicated throughout, and it was easy to see she genuinely cared that we experienced a good time. Better than good. It was GREAT! Thanks, Sue!

The location can't be beat! We LOVED the easy access to the beach and the short walk to dining, shopping, coffee and ice cream! Michelle was a great host and very responsive. We had a great long weekend away on the island and look forward to returning!

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

We enjoyed our stay on Daufuskie Island this house was spacious and easily accommodated our large family . Great location restaurant near by and beautiful beach . We hope to visit again soon .

This place is beautifully decorated with lovely, artistic paintings and decorations. Cristina has everything you need to feel immediately ready to relax at the beach. The location is perfect - the Deck restaurant and pools are directly next door to the property. And, being right on the beach, we could watch the sun rise over the waves every morning from the balconies. It was wonderful!

We had a great time staying on Tybee Island! My family of 9 stayed very comfortably in the house. Loved all the king beds & that everyone had their own bathroom. The master suite is absolutely fantastic! Loved so many deck areas & that it was within walking distance to the beach. It is close enough to Savannah that we were able to drive into Savannah for the day & enjoy the night life. It is also so nice to have a double garage available since parking is at a premium. We would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves near Tybee Island & Savannah!! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

This house was perfect for hosting a large group for a longer trip—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a big living room that made gathering easy. Check-in and checkout were both simple and clear.
