Gated community with so many amenities! 2 outdoor pools - 1 heated, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and racquet ball courts, poolside deli, Coco’s Beach Bar, and private scenic boardwalk to the beach, with no busy street to cross to get to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit has its own outside balcony overlooking a lagoon. Smoking is prohibited. No pets allowed.
