It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

The rooms are quite clean and new. It's exactly the same as in the photo. It has a huge garden in front and the landscaping arrangement is quite nice. Thanks to its central location, you walk to restaurants. Mr. Suat is very hospitable and helpful. I recommend.

Mrs. Korel is a very good host, she welcomed us very nicely, helped us with everything, we are glad to know her, she treated us like a familiar person, not like a host. The house was really clean, there was everything in the kitchen, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, all the kitchen appliances you can think of were sufficient, also water purifier, hot and cold water, all were available, bathrooms were clean, it was very good to have a bathroom in every room, rooms were clean and their size was very good, also there was a dressing room downstairs in two rooms. The pool heating was very good and the pool was large. We were very pleased, it was a place we would like to go again. We left happy.

Mr. Levent and his wife welcomed us very well. They were friendly, they served us from their wonderful gardens. The house we stayed in was thoughtfully furnished and thought out to the smallest detail. It was very clean. If I were to go again, I would definitely prefer to stay there again. Thank you forever for everything🙏

brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. We stayed at Ms. Fulya's house for 3 nights with my friends. Although the location is spectacular, we were blown away by the spirit of the house. It was decorated with a very beautiful and original simplicity. Ms. Fulya was very helpful. He returned to each of our questions very quickly. Foça is a very pleasant place in general. The people are friendly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The house was extremely clean, we can say it's one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We look forward to seeing you again.

Ms. İlknur and her family are extremely caring and kind, thank you from here. We were able to get answers to our questions quickly. Other than that, the location of the house was good and the house was tidy in the last stream. The house was almost complete, there were all kinds of tools. I recommend it to those who are thinking of staying… it was a pleasant stay with my small dog.

Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

It was a great stay. The location of the house is very nice and peaceful. I can also say that it surpassed us in terms of cleanliness. The fact that it is very close to Yenifoçaya in terms of location made our job easier. We thank the host for their interest and kindness.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

it was quite sufficient as an opportunity, we used the kitchen, we ate our food in the garden with the table they gave us. We were told that the beds would also be checked, we did not have any problems other than that. Ms. Semra was very caring and helpful

What a lovely neighbourhood, the aroma of fresh bread from the baker, swimming three times a day and eating fish freshly caught. I loved Foça.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Semra. She was very kind and thoughtful. The house was extremely clean and we felt comfortable staying in our own home. We were surprised that it was so clean and attentive, frankly, the location of the house was very nice, transportation was very easy, even though we came without a car. There was also a sea where we could enter near the house. We were very satisfied with everything, they were a very polite and caring host, if I have to say again. We also loved Foça, and I hope we have the opportunity to come back. I will miss the breakfast we had in the garden in the morning:)

I stayed with my wife and my 1 and a half year old daughter. We were as comfortable as in our own home. We stayed in room 105. There's a small beach within walking distance. We went to the sea from there in the morning. We thank Ms. Ipek and Ms. Seray for their help. We'll be staying here again. I recommend it.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman for his interest and quick replies.

The place was comfy, cosy, safe and friendly. Onur dedinitely makes you feel at home. An ultimate Airnbnb experience. Btw, the house is in a great location to discover İzmir by train, bus, or ferry. Thank you for being such a great host, Onur. Hope to stay with you if we ever visit İzmir again.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.
