Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Foça

The day before we left, Ms. Gül contacted me immediately and we found the place very easily, even though we arrived a little early, we were greeted with a very friendly and smiling face, she offered coffee while the house was being prepared, we enjoyed our coffee by the sea, the house was exactly the same as in the photos, there is also a shallow sea for children, the garden decorations are magnificent, I really don't understand those who made bad comments Everything was very clean and complete, there was more than enough of everything, in addition to this, during our vacation, the treats, the friendliness, the returns were never lacking, we had a very pleasant and peaceful vacation as if we were at our own home, sipping our wine at sunset was priceless :))) We thank Ms. Gül and her daughter very much for everything, we are glad we came, we are glad we got to know you, we will definitely come again as soon as possible :))

We were traveling for work and had chosen this villa. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, the booked villa had an electricity problem which was immediately communicated by Adilcan. He also had a replacement villa ready for us and we were allowed to enter the booked villa the next day. It is very elevated so it was very windy up there, which Adilcan had also written before. Unfortunately, you could also notice this inside because the blinds and windows rattled and some leaked. Must say that we were there in January (probably not noticeable in the summer). Otherwise, everything was super already furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machine. The bedrooms on the upper floor had a fantastic room height, each room with electric external blinds. Wifi and smart TV were sufficient, as soon as several devices had connected it partially collapsed. We will be happy to come back.

The host was very caring and welcoming, and since he was interested in art, some of the details in the house were quite nice. The house was comfortable, all the items we needed were available. It was a pleasant place to stay in general. However, we had a minor problem: there were occasional water outages. At first, we thought there was a general outage in the area because the neighbors didn't have water either. But then we learned that there was a water tank at home, so if we had been informed earlier, we might not have had any problems. Still, we were satisfied in general, thank you

Mr. Levent and his wife welcomed us very well. They were friendly, they served us from their wonderful gardens. The house we stayed in was thoughtfully furnished and thought out to the smallest detail. It was very clean. If I were to go again, I would definitely prefer to stay there again. Thank you forever for everything🙏

We had Christmas in a great stone house in the center of Foça. There's everything you need in a home. Very well thought out. It was quite cold because it was the end of December and it warms up late as it is a stone house. But we had no trouble at all because Ms. Nilüfer heard that the air was very cold and bought a heater for us. Very helpful host who tries to find a solution to everything. I definitely recommend it, we will stop by again to enjoy more of the summer. Thank you so much Ms. Nilüfer ❤️

Mr. Reşat's house was more beautiful than it looked. We couldn't get enough of sitting in his garden. Not only that, he was a complete gentleman from Izmir, he helped us with everything. It was a place to stay that we would like to come back to😊

Mr. Osman and his wife, Ms. Mürüvvet, welcomed us very well. They did everything they could to help with everything. They live downstairs, but we definitely didn't feel any discomfort. It has a great garden that comes out with the work of Mr. Osman. We would also like to thank you for the treats made from the crops in the garden and for Mrs. Mürüvvet's own treats. The pool was always clean. If we go to Foça, it will be our choice again. You won't regret it.

We were very satisfied with the Hospitality of Mr. Aydın and Ms. Zerrin, we were always welcomed with a smile from the first day, in case of a need at home or information about the region, they were very helpful in case of a need or information about the region,my wife and I are planning to be happy again in the future, we would like to thank Mr. Aydın again from here...

It's much better than what you see in the pictures. We stayed in the room for one night and tasted the balcony. We will probably prefer the Kandinsky room for the next year. Mr. Orge was also very nice and helpful, thank you so much to see you again.

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

Thank you so much for a great experience, and stay. As a solo traveling mom with two young kids this was the perfect place for us! Thank you for being so helpful and responsive!

Ms. Dalya was a very good host. We were able to communicate in the process of entering the first house until we left the house, whenever we needed it, in a very short time. The house was convenient and very clean. The sheets were white and fragrant. Likewise, towels. There were more than enough spare towels and linens😊, and the kitchen supplies were plentiful and new. The downstairs balcony (in the kitchen/living room) for dinners was very breezy and enjoyable. It also saw the sea from the end. Apart from that, there are separate balconies in the upstairs bedrooms. Since there is a mosquito net, the door can be slept open. When the wind of Karaburun is not🥰 quite enough, the fan lamps in the rooms that do not search for air conditioning were sufficient at the lowest. Despite this, there was also a portable fan left in the room. The house is very new, tastefully furnished. We recommend you to experience it.

What a lovely neighbourhood, the aroma of fresh bread from the baker, swimming three times a day and eating fish freshly caught. I loved Foça.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman for his interest and quick replies.
