Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Foça

i never had any problems with the entrance to the house, and even though I arrived late, I was greeted with a smile, the communication was easy, and the lady is a very understanding person. I felt very comfortable as everything was written about the house. Thank you for everything

Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

We were very satisfied with the Hospitality of Mr. Aydın and Ms. Zerrin, we were always welcomed with a smile from the first day, in case of a need at home or information about the region, they were very helpful in case of a need or information about the region,my wife and I are planning to be happy again in the future, we would like to thank Mr. Aydın again from here...

A clean and tidy house, nice location, a caring host, everything was very nice.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

Ms. Dalya was a very good host. We were able to communicate in the process of entering the first house until we left the house, whenever we needed it, in a very short time. The house was convenient and very clean. The sheets were white and fragrant. Likewise, towels. There were more than enough spare towels and linens😊, and the kitchen supplies were plentiful and new. The downstairs balcony (in the kitchen/living room) for dinners was very breezy and enjoyable. It also saw the sea from the end. Apart from that, there are separate balconies in the upstairs bedrooms. Since there is a mosquito net, the door can be slept open. When the wind of Karaburun is not🥰 quite enough, the fan lamps in the rooms that do not search for air conditioning were sufficient at the lowest. Despite this, there was also a portable fan left in the room. The house is very new, tastefully furnished. We recommend you to experience it.

The day before we left, Ms. Gül contacted me immediately and we found the place very easily, even though we arrived a little early, we were greeted with a very friendly and smiling face, she offered coffee while the house was being prepared, we enjoyed our coffee by the sea, the house was exactly the same as in the photos, there is also a shallow sea for children, the garden decorations are magnificent, I really don't understand those who made bad comments Everything was very clean and complete, there was more than enough of everything, in addition to this, during our vacation, the treats, the friendliness, the returns were never lacking, we had a very pleasant and peaceful vacation as if we were at our own home, sipping our wine at sunset was priceless :))) We thank Ms. Gül and her daughter very much for everything, we are glad we came, we are glad we got to know you, we will definitely come again as soon as possible :))

A peaceful experience. The host, Ms. Ayten, and her family were very caring and welcoming. Everything we needed in the house was thought out in advance and it was obvious that effort was made for our comfort. We had a great experience with its nature, air, sea and quiet calmness. Now I will often come to this beautiful house and Boyabağı Bay, the 😊 balcony and view are great, and it is even preferred for the enjoyment of hammocks and peaceful rest breaks in the pine trees. 😊 Thank you for everything, we had a nice holiday with my family 🌸

A beautiful place in a peaceful nature, the kitchen part is very useful, you can sit for long hours in the form of a pergola, 5 minutes to the sea by car, the host is caring, we went as 4 people and 2 children, we were pleased

A little getaway with my cousins on the weekend gave us extreme peace. The house was as seen in the pictures. Ms. Nuray immediately answered all our questions with her, and I would like to thank her for this. The sheets in the house, the towels smelled like softener, which was a very important detail for me, the😍 bathroom, and the kitchen was clean. The house was very clean and tidy. It is in a nice location for those looking for an alternative and close to Mordoğan. We were satisfied.

The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.

It was a holiday that I was very satisfied with. The house is in a beautiful location, very close to the beaches. The interior of the house was very tidy and clean. The host was really interested. We were very pleased.
