We really enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

Mr. Emre responded quickly and politely to every question we asked; he informed us that we could reach him 24/7, but it is not necessary because there is nothing missing in the house:) The house and all the items in the house were spotless and everything we were looking for was very available. Heating cooling and hot water facilities were available and quite comfortable. Great location and quiet surrounding area, perfect location for vacation. The pool heat was always hot from morning to evening and the pool size was very ideal. It was a house with the most perfect heated pool we stayed in:))

Thanks to Ilker and Mr. Emir, they were helpful whenever we needed them. The location of the trailer was in a great place, we had a comfortable and comfortable holiday during the festival. Thanks again, thank you very much

The house was quite clean, directly usable and immaculately clean in nature. It's a great choice to spend time in calm nature and with family and friends. The host was in contact at any time and provided all kinds of support and responded within minutes.

The garden was a piece of paradise, where you can find peace with the sounds of birds. The two days we spent in Foça were great! The house was beyond our expectations —every detail was thoughtfully thought out and everywhere was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was complete, and the towels and sheets smelled good. The hosts were very caring and kind; they responded promptly to every question we had and very warmly welcomed. It's also in a great location, a few steps from the sea. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to come back.

This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.
