Outstanding experience at Guilherme's apartment! Everything was clean, and the place is very well located, with a supermarket and other convenience stores nearby. The WiFi is reliable for working from home. Guilherme allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which really helped us go for a quick tour beforehand. We will definitely come back!

The place is extremely pleasant and quiet. And he and his uncle left the room ready and pampered in the fridge. The pool is an excellent differential. The two air conditioners operate excellently. The concierge and facial recognition service make it easy and we didn't have any problems. The easy-to-use washing machine. I think that with 3 days left to end the stay we had problems with the TV box and we were unable to see movies, so I had to use my notebook. But nothing that impacted the stay. Ah, parking with numbered space and control for opening the gate are excellent points as well. Thanks!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, the location is excellent although it's difficult to find Ubers. The amenities are otherwise satisfactory, swimming pools, entertainment rooms, sauna etc. The people are very friendly and always willing to help.

The apartment is just like the photos. The condo is a beauty. It would be missing a quincho for several people and it would be perfect ! The place had everything I needed! I'm sure I'll be back next year! At any inconvenience, the host was quick to respond and resolve immediately! I recommend it!!

Amazing apartment, oceanfront with views from every room. Much better than what the pictures show, very spacious comfortable, well equipped. The very safe place, with direct access to the beach, shower to get out sand and salt, security staff 24 hrs. Huge pool with very warm water, restaurant in the same place and temperate pool; everything perfect for getting the rest. Gabriel very attentive and friendly, from before arriving at the location, always responded very quickly and solved my problems. Extra quality sheets and towels, kitchen with everything you need. Simply perfect.

Carla was affectionate, received me with a cake, I loved it! However, we had a mishap at check-in, I had difficulty finding the place and I was able to get immediate contact with it, which generated a lot of stress at the beginning of the experience. The space has a potential way, comparing with the photos and videos of the ad could be better.I had a lack of basic items such as dish cloth, floor and squeegee, the sink drains a lot of water, the q ends up wetting the ground. I took my own items, but I believe I could be told it was to take. The stove takes time to cook and there is no microwave, so I recommend taking the meals as ready as possible. It is also worth mentioning that, despite the hostess's support and the attention she gave me when I expressed my fears about the safety of the place, I felt a little insecure, and I hardly slept in fear. Overall, it is a different and interesting proposal for those who want a quick experience and is well prepared. with small adjustments can make it even more special!

It was a WONDERFUL stay! We had a great 6 days. The house is beautiful corresponds with the listing, personally even better, cozy, well-equipped, kitchen with all utensils and working appliances, bedrooms with fresh bedding and towels, working air conditioning, tidy and clean bathrooms. Beautiful house in a beautiful place, with a breathtaking view, a lot of green and peace. The relative distance to the beach is offset by the spaciousness and amenities offered by the accommodation. The pool and grill sector are a great advantage that they allow to enjoy as a family. Tania and her husband are very friendly and attentive and constantly take care of any need that may arise. We will definitely be back soon!!!

The house was wonderful and perfect for our trip with friends, children and pets! The condominium has a very good infrastructure with children's playground and space for pets to get around. Next to the surfland that made us easier on our visits there, we walked. Elizandra was very attentive and available with us and our demands! Paulo was such an accommodating host and his house was wonderful. So close to the beach. Our group had an incredible time.

The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures. The complex where it's located is perfect. Quiet, super safe, with excellent amenities and for us in the most beautiful area of Campeche. The gym is by far super complete. The pool is beautiful even with lifeguards. The order of the place makes the coexistence with the neighbors perfect. The access to the beach is the best and being independent, it makes this one not full of people. For us, the nature and care of the environment that you see in this part of the island, makes Campeche unparalleled. The complex is located near supermarkets, pharmacies and service areas. Walking around is beautiful. Surely if we have availability next year we will return there.

We spent amazing days. Five highlights: 1) The vibrancy of the place is very good, 2) The location is privileged because it is outside of the great common traffic jams in Floripa on seasonal days, 3) The condominium is quiet and safe, 4) The apartment was in perfect order and super comfortable, 5) The view is inspiring and unforgettable. In addition to the host being extremely courteous and considerate. Great!!!!

The accommodation is much better than expected! We went with our twin children, who are almost 3 years old, and the condominium is ideal for spending a beautiful vacation with small children!!! The pool is amazing, it has another indoor pool with heated water for cold or rainy days, the condominium has a super well-equipped and new gym, playroom for children with entertainment service, market, sauna… everything a resort can offer but with the convenience of being in a very well-equipped apartment. It had an airfryer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc… the barbecue area is super nice and has an ocean view. We felt right at home. The beach (Ponta das Canas) is a delight, clean water, plenty of sand, not as crowded as other beaches, in addition to having the service of umbrellas and chairs from the condominium. Our only complaint is that we couldn't have stayed longer, but we will definitely return to this place!!! If you're going with kids, don't think twice!!

The space provided by Matheus is roots, but very cozy. In the heart of Rrugem beach, a treat for outings at night. It is the perfect type of stay for those looking to meet new people and new experiences. Matheus was very receptive and we were very comfortable even with our dogs.
