The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

Top place, impeccable house, well equipped. The Internet was down a bit, but nothing that bothered us much. What was lacking was a construction site next to the house, a neighboring building. That the construction workers woke us up every day at 7 a.m. with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

The nature reserve is truly a unique and magical setting. Forest and nature combine to create an unparalled refuge of tranquility, without compromising at all on comfort. It was an educational experience as well, learning through interaction with local fauna. My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a whole month there, and could easily have ensconced ourselves for longer. Marvellous!

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

Marcelo and Marina's place is perfect and just like the photos. It has a very good energy. The house is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were always very attentive to everything. we'll be back for sure.

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Wonderful view, surrounded by nature, everything is very good

We were three couples of friends, for 3 nights, the house is very well-equipped, comfortable and cozy. The decoration was done with very good taste, the kitchen with pots, cutlery and utensils in good condition and clean. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hostess' care was evident in the well-distributed lighting in all rooms, as well as the reading options available. The experience was very good, we will definitely be back! I recommend it for those who want to rest and enjoy time with friends!

Excellent property! Quiet place, very quiet, with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped house. It is about 250 meters from the beach, but with very easy access to it. Polite, helpful host. Anyway, a highly recommended place for those who want to rest and even more so for those with small children because, in my opinion, Daniela's beach is the quietest for the little ones.

This is a beautiful property! Daniel and Flavia have thought of everything you might need for the perfect get-away. Also, Daniel is so nice to make personal recommendations on what to do while there based on the weather. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!

It was all perfect! Jerônimo is very attentive, and his parents welcomed us very well, I made more contact with his mother, Mrs. Adriana, who was always concerned and solicitous with us, they love dogs which made everything more perfect even! The cleaning was impeccable, the house is very nice and its landscaping is beautiful! There is no price to be able to see the sunset of the home backyard. I'm already looking forward to return, this place has my heart!

It was the best I've ever been to, it didn't smell musty, everything was clean, the place is wonderful, the kitchen is impeccable, very attentive, the armchairs, the chairs, beds, bed and bath linens all clean. Anyway, it's a place I highly recommend, top marks for all reviews. If it's up to me, I'm just going to stay in this place.

The house was impeccably clean, with all the utensils needed for our stay. The environment has an incredible energy, providing comfort and tranquility. The pool was very clean, and the place is simply wonderful. In addition, the structure is excellent for dogs, ensuring that there was no risk of our dog running away, which made us very quiet. We fully recommend and we will definitely return at a next chance!
