Vacation rentals with a sauna in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Although the space is small, it met our needs. We managed to do everything on foot, which gave us freedom to get to know the surroundings. The ambience of the flat with pool area is wonderful. Super nice, respectful, considerate, and respond quickly and very flexible. The staff of the tb building were very nice, attentive and kind. Super recommend it.

The apartment is as described. Comfortable, quiet location and condominium with infrastructure. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 04 people well. We only had difficulty with the wifi network that was slow and didn't even load the Netflix app. Overall, the stay was a good one.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

The apartment is just like the photos. The condo is a beauty. It would be missing a quincho for several people and it would be perfect ! The place had everything I needed! I'm sure I'll be back next year! At any inconvenience, the host was quick to respond and resolve immediately! I recommend it!!

I loved the stay! Apartment with everything clean and comfortable! Very nice shower. 24-hour gatehouse with many polite and requested porters! Amazing apartment, oceanfront with views from every room. Much better than what the pictures show, very spacious comfortable, well equipped. The very safe place, with direct access to the beach, shower to get out sand and salt, security staff 24 hrs. Huge pool with very warm water, restaurant in the same place and temperate pool; everything perfect for getting the rest. Gabriel very attentive and friendly, from before arriving at the location, always responded very quickly and solved my problems. Extra quality sheets and towels, kitchen with everything you need. Simply perfect.

This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are excellent. Like the guys with the chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the front desk are very unfriendly and treat you very badly. Luckily, you only have to see it when you enter. We will definitely be back!

The whole stay was excellent. The apartment is perfect for the number of people we were and everything was super comfortable and completely against. As described or better. In reference to the complex: everything super quality, but it had too many restrictions what made the stay perhaps not quite pleasant due to the treatment of the workers of the complex. They always let you know that you were a visitor… you never finished feeling comfortable.

The experience was spotless. Excellent infrastructure of both the condominium and the Philippe space. The listing's photos are exactly what we saw on arrival. Beautiful complex to stay. Wish to know that there are basketball ring and a volley field to enjoy… but also great surprise! Careful with the insects that are common as a tropical weather! Nice pool !

It was a WONDERFUL stay! We had a great 6 days. The house is beautiful corresponds with the listing, personally even better, cozy, well-equipped, kitchen with all utensils and working appliances, bedrooms with fresh bedding and towels, working air conditioning, tidy and clean bathrooms. We were surprised by the proximity to the centrinho. Easy to go and get back and no traffic. Even in the carnival. Super helpful hosts.
