An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

Posizione veramente bellissima, anche in inverno che talvolta presenta i luoghi in modo più rude. La struttura è molto bella, dettagli curati, accogliente confortevole e calda. La facilità di parcheggio ed il silenzio sono due aspetti che ho trovato molto volentieri. E devo dire che il ragù di cinghiale che producono che ho provato è squisito...

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Silvana. Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et apaisant. Très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucques, Pise, Sienne...). La piscine est un vrai atout par ces chaleurs, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours.

Alles wie beschrieben! Zentrum gut und schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Wunderschöner Ausblick und Garten. Ideal für einen Besuch in Florenz um zwischendurch durchzuatmen.

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

Stefania è l'Host che tutti desiderano! Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e molto cortese. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi e PULITISSIMI. In più la posizione dell'alloggio è veramente ottima; in 10 minuti a piedi si è in Piazza della Signoria.

one of the best accommodation experiences of all my travels (35 countries). an amazing place in the middle of Tuscany, and not far from the train station. Florence can be reached in 30 minutes by train. It’s more convenient to have a car of course, but even without a car it’s very nice to walk around the neighborhood and get to the train station on foot (1 hour walk from the house). I had health problems during my stay (my knee hurt badly), Barbara and her husband very friendly and kindly offered me their help and gave me a lift several times. Throughout my stay I felt like home, hosts regularly asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything extra. I really want to come back in the summer and live in this beautiful place longer! I can't express how grateful I am for the warm welcome

Our stay was incredible. We had 3 nights, & it still didn’t feel like enough time to explore everything the region of Chianti had to offer. The space is massive & private, with incredible views over the Tuscan hills, so good you don’t want to leave at sunset. I would say hiring a car is almost mandatory to allow you to explore the region. Location is perfect to explore the region. We did the cooking class with Bernardo & it was fantastic. Having done other classes before, this is what they should all be like. Thorough, educational and not rushed! Plenty of time to enjoy the local wines before preparing the most tasty of all the meals we’ve had so far in Italy (that’s not an exaggeration even compared to fancy €40 plates at restaurants). Bernardo & Marta were beautiful, helpful welcoming & respectful hosts. If you’re into pottery, Marta has some incredible work, we wish we had space to purchase more. Bernardo’s local & food knowledge is second to none. Strongly recommend. Thank you!

Durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo mai avuto il bisogno di contattare l’host, le indicazioni fornite prima del nostro arrivo sono state esaustive e sufficienti. Durante la nostra permanenza le temperature erano elevate e la piscina è stata senz’altro una salvezza! Abbiamo passato un weekend davvero rilassante in massima riservatezza e tranquillità. Unica “pecca” il segnale Wi-Fi che non era il massimo ma non ne abbiamo mai avuto una vera necessità.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. L'hôte est parfaitement polyglotte. Le cadre est somptueux au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Nous avons également apprécié grandement la piscine sous les fortes chaleurs. La villa est joliment décoré avec goûts.

Excelente espaço para ficar em Florença. Fora do centro onde se pode desfrutar da calma e tranquilidade do bairro e da vista fantástica da cidade. Foi uma estadia inesquecível e a anfitriã muito simpática que nos ajudou com ótimas dicas sobre restaurantes locais.

Alloggio pulito e ordinato, host super amichevole e disponibile. Ristoranti e supermercato nei dintorni, fermate dei bus e tramvia vicini.

Great place in a beautiful location. Ideal for us to recharge especially with the jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Schwimmbad kann mit benutzen. Gut erreichbar und zentral gelegen für Ausflüge

Mooie locatie, ziet er netjes uit. Benadetta is een aardige host. Prachtige restaurants in de buurt. Osteria di Golpaja & La Cascina. Die raad ik echt aan.

Das Zimmer sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in lief reibungslos und die Vermieterin hat schnell geantwortet. Es war alles sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Obwohl wir relativ spät waren, konnten wir im Restaurant gegenüber noch etwas essen. Auch das ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Vanessa et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants . Ils sont également de bon conseil pour nous guider dans nos visites. La campagne Toscane est magnifique. Il y a tout à San Donato : restaurant, supermarché, boucher, café...accessibles à pied de la maison. Siene , Florence et San Guimignano ne sont pas loin. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables surtout avec 2 ado de 13 et 16 ans. Bref, c'était très bien 😀

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Appartamento pulito, ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Bellissimo il giardino e tutto lo spazio esterno. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili! Grazie!
