Wow, what a marvelous experience with Marilena and her family! Marilena was a FANTASTIC host from start to finish - she provided excellent arrival and check in instructions, they greeted us at our car door with umbrellas in a rain storm and helped us with luggage, their space was cozy and welcoming and a very welcome peaceful retreat after a long day in the busy city of Florence. We had fun visiting the local area and meeting many different locals. Can’t wait to come back to visit this sweet place and wonderful family!

I had a wonderful stay in the house. It is located in a place where you can feel the vibe of rural Tuscany. I really enjoyed the traditional, cosy style of the interior and had a browse through some old beautifully illustrated books by candlelight in the evening. During a stroll I discovered an olive garden nearby. I can truly recommend staying at this place :)

Accommodation was good. Maria was very supportive. She was very helpful related to check in- check out times. Location is close to tram station. Overall, everything went well, I highly recommend Maria's apartment.

This place is definitely a rare find in Florence! Beautiful place in the perfect location to explore the city. Only 15 minutes walk to the City Center along the river. It was perfect for us that we could park our car securely in the front yard. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully designed and exceeded our expectations. We would come back any time!

My wife and I visited Francesca's place for 4 nights and I will just say that it's amazing. The view was spectacular and the walk into the city was not too bad. there is a bus stop right outside her road that also goes into the city, but make sure you read about how to pay for the bus before you take it. We rented a car to take through Tuscany but cannot recommend taking a car into the city. it's difficult to navigate and the streets are very small, most of the time only 1 car width. It's a beautiful 45 minute walk into the city but be prepared for steep cobblestone streets. They have 2 very sweet dogs which we looked forward to playing with when we got back to the AirBnB after a long day of walking or driving. Fantastic experience, will be coming back!

Our stay at Borgo di Sopra was wonderful. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Jane went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answer all of our questions. We could not recommend this stay more. ❤️

We highly recommend staying at Darko’s beautiful space. It was much bigger than imagined and the building and interior was stunning. He had lots of great local recommendations too. Would definitely visit again.

Stefania was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Her home is in a nice area away from the crowds. We chose to walk into the centre but there is a bus station close by.

We had a lovely stay at Julia's. The view is breathtaking and the bed is really comfortable. Fresh eggs in the morning were a very nice surprise and we had everything we needed for breakfast. The access by car is quite steep but very managable. Julia speaks french, which made everything easy for us. She also gave us great advice for food in Greve and for hikes near the house. Maybe a little extra soundproofing between the room and Julia's home would be a nice addition but however a really great place!
