Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

The place is big and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and provided us with breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise! I will recommend to my friend.

We enjoyed our stay at Francesco’s flat. The location was central to basically all tourist destinations in the city. We wracked up over 15,000 steps each day because it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The flat was clean and comfortable. Having a washer dryer and an elevator were two huge advantages. Arrangements for checking in and out were clear and easy. The internet was very good. Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful. The shower is a bit small (as is common in Europe) and a little slippery so need to be attentive. Very quiet - we never heard a peep of street noise or from other apartments. The bed was satisfactorily comfortable. We would certainly stay here again and high recommend to others. One word of warning to other visitors to Florence - and this has nothing to do with this flat - is watch out for pickpockets. My husband’s backpack was unzipped without his knowledge as we were walking to the train station; only a shirt was stolen thankfully.

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Fabulous large apartment in a quiet area but only a short walk into town. Federico was a generous host who enhanced our stay in Florence and ensured our arrival, stay and exit was seamless. Our best experience in Italy so far.

Biancaさんの部屋に３日間お世話になりました。掃除が行き届いていて、綺麗に保たれていました。ロケーションは観光には最高の場所です。タオルはバスタオルはもちろんフェイスタオル、ハンドタオルまで用意してくれてます。キッチンにはガスコンロとグリル、冷蔵庫があり、またお皿やフォーク、スプーンも用意されており、申し分ありません。一つだけ足りなかったのは電子レンジです。でもこの価格でここまで用意したくれていたら、文句のつけようがありません。お勧めです。

Stunning view on the balcony. Apartment a good size for two. Bus stop at the end of the street comes frequently, taxis are very hard to come by so make sure you plan around public transport. Mattia easy to contact and help out.

Lucas place was very responsive and friendly. The location of his place was so close to everything. The train station was 15 minute walk and across from train station was Piazza Santa Maria Novella where everything was at. Lucas place had everything you needed. I would recommend Luca's place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Florence. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté impeccable des lieux. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très fonctionnel, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable. Francesco a été particulièrement réactif et disponible, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous aidant à plusieurs reprises pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est également idéal, proche des principales attractions touristiques de la ville. Cependant, quelques petits bémols viennent tempérer cette expérience globale très positive : le manque d'un rideau de douche, la chasse d'eau cassée et des nuisances sonores durant le week-end. Cela dit, ces petits détails n'ont en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter et remercions Francesco pour son accueil.

We spent a few nights staying in Eugenia 's rental, and it is as great! The location was convenient, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The only part of the rental that we didn't love was the shower. The bathroom itself was huge, but the shower was tiny. I am not a large person and the shower was cramped for me. Other than that, the apartment was great!

Great location - around 25-30 minute easy walk to Duomo. Milena was super responsive and easy to communicate with, also gave recommendations for eating around the apartment. 🌸 The kitchen has everything one would need and overall the place is clean, lovely and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the apartment has all the windows to the street which is quite busy, so light sleepers might need ear plugs for a good sleep. ✨

Antonio and Silvia were very friendly and welcoming hosts who advised with valuable tips throughout our stay. Their place is just like the photos, a very clean, uncluttered and spacious house in the quiet and scenic Tuscan countryside with a lovely garden to relax in and enjoy the views. Cristina is the ultimate host! Everything was immaculate and set up for us. We traveled with two young kids, and she was proactively prepared with a crib & high chair. She also had amazing recommendations and answered any questions for us. Led us to a spectacular sunset winery in the hills. The premise has stunning views and hanging poolside in the mountains, was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommended and makes you feel like family!

I booked this place for my parents, and during their stay, they kept telling me how much they enjoyed it — from the comfort of the accommodation to the overall atmosphere. They were so pleased that I asked them to share their own thoughts. Here’s their review: We spent 5 days in this apartment which was same filing as at my own place. If you need you can use the washing machine, the microwave is a good solution for food warm up. The bath was for the first time in our experience good enough especially the shower head which was same as my place. And the distance from the old town city with all famous landmarks was 15 minutes by walk and the train station which is very good.

Hola! La casa es preciosa, bien decorada, acogedora, ideal para descansar también, limpia, está a unos 25 minutos caminando a las atracciones de Florencia, pero la verdad que muy fácil para ir, también cuenta con paradas de autobús a pocos pasos del Depto. La verdad que si volviera a Florencia me gustaría mucho volver ahí, ah además nos recibió con vino y aperitivos 10/10

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed shortly but everything is perfect.

Great stay here during our time in Tuscany. The roads can be as you approach Michele's place so definitely recommend a small suv or something like that. Michele's was very friendly and flexible on things and even brought us a few things to do laundry with. There are two sweet cats that live on the property and one will come and greet you every morning if you're nice to it. We stayed here while spending time in Florence, Siena and the town of Poggibonsi is about 15 minutes away if you need groceries or a close dinner.

Séjour incroyable en famille avec 2 enfants de 11 et 13 ans en plein milieu de la campagne Toscane, mais tout de même centrale et accessible pour des sites d’intérêt. L’endroit est calme, tranquille et paisible même si bien occupé. Le logement était bien climatisé donc malgré les chaleurs intenses du mois d’août, nous y étions confortable pour prendre une pause et pour dormir. La piscine a été le coup de cœur des enfants. Les précieux conseils et l’amabilité de Nicola a été le nôtre. N’hésitez pas à y loger et y vivre une expérience de Dolce Vita à l’italienne. Merci pour tout Nicola!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

Great location - close if you are flying into/from the Florence airport - extremely close to to Villa Antinori - Dario Ceccini in Panzano - San Gimignano - Siena, etc. Pictures are representative of the apartment - grounds exceed the pictures. Grounds are very well maintained. The pool is exceptional. Great cats and dogs to welcome you throughout the day. Kitchen is very workable, knives are sharp, gas stove and kitchen utensils are stocked and ready for your carbonara or amatriciana. Plenty of staff is located on premises but are not at all intrusive. 11 out of 10. Will return.
