Beautiful, finely furnished apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Arno river. Consisting of a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with the large terrace, equipped with green plants and a table and chairs to fully enjoy them. The house features furnishings of notable taste, with ancient and other modern elements. We are located in the Santo Spirito district, best neighborhood in the city center and close to all the attractions.

L'appartamento fu eretto in epoca Rinascimentale ( intorno al 1500 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale dei treni SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tutte le comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno molto rilassante . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre RISTORANTI molto famosi che consiglio di provare .
