The house is great! Spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are on the promenade in a few steps, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Laura took good care and responded quickly to inquiries. Very helpful. A very nice vacation!

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

4 Days and 3 nights in Pisa … absolutely perfect. There are so many elements that made this long weekend so wonderful. Location of apartment - so so easy from Pisa Airport (10 mins) and train station (5 mins). We spent Friday afternoon walking the historical wall of Pisa ending up by the Tower. Saturday train ride (1hr) to beautiful Florence. Sunday Cinque Terre by train (1hr) visiting all 5 villages … highly recommended. It was lovely coming home to the apartment each evening … choosing to get takeaway dinners rather than eating out as it seemed a shame to not make the most of this perfect little gem of a place. Michela was lovely and always on hand. Would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We had a great stay shortly after Easter. The place was very clean and tidy. When we arrived, everything was taken care of so that we felt comfortable right away. The view is breathtaking and there is a beautiful pool that you can use. The journey is a bit difficult, as you have to drive up the mountain and the roads are very narrow. Therefore, you must follow Luca's information, as the route is not displayed correctly via Google Maps. So you should arrive with a car that is not too big. But we'd do it again any time! We just returned home from our wonderful stay at Il Giardino. We were greeted by Donatella who welcomed us en route to the location as it may have been tricky to pin point due to it's remote location and winding access road. Donatella was our point of contact throughout our stay she was welcoming, knowledgeable & answered any questions promptly. The house is a short drive away from a supermarket & a bakery. In a great position to visit Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre etc. We loved the house & it's rustic charm. The garden is very well maintained & a place of utter relaxation. It is well planned with lots of places to sit, admire the hills and mountains and listen tobthe birds. Including a terrace with it's table & parasol, sun loungers, bbq area, seats by the Ping Pong table. Our teenagers were especially delighted when the pool was opened unexpectedly as it as we were slightly out of season. Such a lovely holiday with thanks to our most tranquil and welcoming Airbnb.

The stay at Pietro's place was very nice thanks to the comfort of the apartment, the area, the hospitality and the beautiful surrounding nature. Apartment equipped with everything you need, comfortable and with a magnificent view. I appreciated the expertly restored historic structure to maintain the mountain architectural tradition. Nature and history in a perfect fusion. We had a great time and hope to come back. Thank you Pietro!

Excellent! Very hospitable hosts, every detail in the house has been thought out. The apartments are decorated so that every guest feels at home. Wonderful garden and decoration.

A paradise! Difficult access that is rewarded. A fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. Greatly restored with modern and classic parts, plus an absolute calm, all around beautiful nature. A highlight: The spacious indoor Jacuzzi, we had a wonderful week, thank you!!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

It is a cool accommodation and a good base to explore the surrounding area, e.g. Cinque Terre. Andrea and his family welcomed us in a very friendly way.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. We had booked it so we could use the garden space but the weather was so bad we unfortunately could not use it. Very quiet place and an attractive view over a field. Very easy to walk into Pisa and local supermarkets, good restaurant over the road and very easy to catch the bus. The apartment is beautifully presented and very well equipped. It suited our family of 5 adults very well. Very good stay overall, thankyou.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudias house. The children used the Pool everyday and we liked that the House ist located in a vineyard close to Lucca. We would Love to come back one time.

Only amazing things to say! The property itself is gorgeous!!! Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities on the propers were phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, wellness area, absolutely everything. There was always someone available to help us with any questions, book reservations, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Well-placed accommodation, 5-minute walk to the train station. Two real bedrooms with very good bedding, (pillows, blankets and towels in quantity for maximum comfort) The city center is very easy to access on foot, a supermarket nearby. The welcome was very friendly. We recommend this place to stay.

Good location - 10 minutes walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa and walking distance to bars. Clean apartment - shutters were great to get a good night sleep! Hosts responsive and helpful - allowed us to leave our bags a little longer after check out which was really useful!

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. Everything was super clean - really highlighted are the bathroom and kitchen! In Serena's pictures, it's not clear how nice the view is. From the kitchen you can see super far into the distance and watch sunrises in the Italian mountains. We stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. From the apartment, the harbor is quickly accessible and you can easily immerse yourself in Italian life. There is a great bakery and two supermarkets nearby. Serena was always available and took care of our concerns quickly. Because we were there for so long, there was even a bottle of Prosecco for us. On the weekends we visited the Cinque Terre, which is very easily accessible from La Spezia by bus. We definitely recommend Serena's apartment!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and was exactly what we imagined: a cute country apartment in a picturesque setting in Tuscany. The place had everything you needed. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking, the bathroom was also clean and made a new impression. Outside there was a small table with two chairs from which you can look far into the countryside. However, one thing to keep in mind, which was not so clear to us before: The small house in the host family's garden dominates two apartments. This means that you share the house with other guests, of whom you can hear clearly in principle every snoring and conversation due to lack of insulation. This didn't bother us too much and we rather enjoyed the view, but certainly good to know for sensitive minds. Matteo was otherwise super relaxed as a host and the car could be parked right outside the door.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15
