Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fiume Versilia

This is a wonderful property. It’s what we would call a townhome or townhome. Some people reference it as an apartment and it’s NOT an apartment it’s definitely a home. There’s a living room, nice sized kitchen and 3/4 bath on the main floor with access to the outdoor patio with pergola and grill which we used. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bath to share in the hallway. There’s plenty of storage for personal belongings. There are several small grocery stores nearby and a full service about a mile. A great coffee shop just across the street and down a bit. Easy walk to Lucca. Plenty of room for our rental car. We were there late September so the pool was chilly (expected) The hosts were responsive and check in directions were very good. We felt like we got what we paid for. We were able to google how to use the appliances and coffee etc. WiFi worked great. We also booked a wine tour from roadtrippinitaly and they picked us up at the house. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage, spacious, clean with air conditioning, jacuzzi and a car seat with a small garden. Ideally located for the tour of the Cinque Terre. i recommend it 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

“The small house with the fully fenced garden was perfect for our stay. Everything you need is furnished with care and convenience. Cinzia is an incredibly kind and helpful host. It goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible and responds immediately to requests. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked refrigerator with plenty of drinks and food. We spent 10 wonderful days there with our two dogs, who were very warmly welcomed. The Jacuzzi was always very clean and was regularly checked and cleaned by the host. Cinzia is always available when needed, but also respects the privacy of her guests. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the house. ”It was very nice

We had a super nice stay at the place! We would be greeted directly with a small gift basket. It was clean, had everything that was described and even more (playing facilities for my son) everything for washing laundry, etc. We were at various destinations such as Florence, Pisa, etc. and the cottage was a good starting point! :) If we had any questions or needed anything in general, we always received a response very quickly. I recommend the house with all my heart and would also go again for vacation :))

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Beautiful accommodation. Wonderful views. Easy to get to from Pisa airport by car (there is a dedicated parking spot at the property). We were a party of 4 (mum, dad and two teenagers). There was plenty of space for all of us and having two showers/W.C's made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Didn't use the pool because we visited early in the year but it looks great. We visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Livorno by car. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by the property. Il Tino da Roberta and Pizzeria Da Carlo were probably the best for us as a family. Everyone enjoyed them. We really enjoyed our visit here.

We had a great time at Casa Bonelli. The jacuzzi was fantastic with the views and we were able to make many excursions.

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and all our concerns were taken care of. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also not a problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you are traveling with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, there were 7 of us and we made a single room out of one room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and toured the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations for things to do in the area, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you're lucky enough to see it. The house is a little far from big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect and the surrounding area is incredible. We did not want to leave.

Lisa was a super nice host. She even provided some fresh eggs, food, wine and delicious self-made marmelade. The place is super nice and calm! we enjoyed our time a lot and highly recommend Lisa's place :)
