Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fiume Versilia

This is a wonderful property. It’s what we would call a townhome or townhome. Some people reference it as an apartment and it’s NOT an apartment it’s definitely a home. There’s a living room, nice sized kitchen and 3/4 bath on the main floor with access to the outdoor patio with pergola and grill which we used. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bath to share in the hallway. There’s plenty of storage for personal belongings. There are several small grocery stores nearby and a full service about a mile. A great coffee shop just across the street and down a bit. Easy walk to Lucca. Plenty of room for our rental car. We were there late September so the pool was chilly (expected) The hosts were responsive and check in directions were very good. We felt like we got what we paid for. We were able to google how to use the appliances and coffee etc. WiFi worked great. We also booked a wine tour from roadtrippinitaly and they picked us up at the house. Thank you!

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und man hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Einfahrt ist spannend mit einem großen Fahrzeug, jedoch auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und schön und man ist schnell in Lucca. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlte es uns an nichts, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Falls man mit 8 Personen reist, die nicht unbedingt ein Paar sind, sind zwei der Betten vielleicht etwas eng, wir waren zu 7. und haben aus einem Zimmer ein Einzelzimmer gemacht, so hat es perfekt gepasst. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)

Tutto perfetto! Silvia é una host molto attenta ai suoi ospiti, molto disponibile e una persona gradevole. La casa è un gioiellino. Piena di dettagli decorativi e mobili vintage originali che si incastrano perfettamente tra di loro. Al pian terreno un’ampia sala luminosissima che si affaccia sul porticato e giardino molto curati. Al piano di sopra 3 confortevoli camere da letto con biancheria pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Le temperature non erano ideali per un tuffo nella splendida piscina ma, pensiamo già di tornarci per poterla provare!

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Casa molto confortevole adatta ad un gruppo numeroso come il nostro con bambini, ben accessoriata e pulita. Ampio spazio nella zona giorno e bello spazio esterno. Il paese, con tutti i servizi, è molto vicino, noi ci siamo mossi pochissimo e ci siamo gustati la casa che pur essendo grande si scalda molto bene. Il primo giorno, con l'entusiasmo per la neve, siamo rimasti chiusi fuori di casa con le chiavi dentro.....panico! L'host, pur non essendo vicino si è attivato rapidamente ed in poco tempo sono venuti ad aprirci . Soggiorno ottimo

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus direkt an einem Fluss gelegen. Optimal um die Hunde planschen zu lassen oder ein Eisbad zu nehmen. Mit kann fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten das Zentrum von Camaiore erreichen, 15 Minuten Autofahrt nach Pietrasanta und etwa 30 Minuten nach Lucca. Alle drei Orte sehenswert. Es sind viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Lisa hat immer sehr schnell und super freundlich auf Anfragen geantwortet.
