Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fiume Versilia

If you want to have an experience to live in olive garden with a beautiful view of Tuscany's hills and historical city - that's a spot! Peaceful, calm, silent with just a noise of nature (morning birds, owl at night). On ground floor you will find nice kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom (that looks better than on pictures), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good wifi. On the first floor 2 charming bedrooms with a nice view. Great spot. Truly recommended!

A nice place to stay in a great location. The next small shopping opportunity is down the street (note opening hours), the next larger supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance (the path leads along a main road without a sidewalk), less than 3 minutes by car. From the property you have a beautiful view of the village, the river and the surrounding hills. Behind the house, the hiking opportunities begin. Ideal for a couple (+ child). The host was super friendly and helpful! I felt very comfortable. I'd love to come back any time.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. We loved our stay in Palaia! The suite was cozy, comfortable, and had the most amazing outdoor space with a hot tub and pool access. The space is clean, updated, and styled very nicely. We stayed with our 11 month old baby and there was a perfect crib and highchair. Andrea and Simone were amazing hosts. They were so welcoming, gave us local recommendations, and even set up a cooking class for me when I inquired about it! They have an amazing property with a stunning cantina and wine cellar. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and were gracious hosts. Palaia is a lovely small town which you can easily travel to many other main cities or smaller towns. The landscape is stunning! You will enjoy your stay!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

The place was great! It is a little off the beaten path, but it is wonderfully quiet. The communication medium and Egle was impeccable and we also got local tips for the area directly. However, you should make sure that you control your car well as the road to the accommodation is quite narrow, which is very typical for the mountains:) Definitely recommended if you like it a little quieter and want to overlook a wonderful landscape!!

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

We loved staying at Luca’s place! So spacious with beautiful views. Luca made the space easily accessible, gave us tips for places to go during our stay, and was extremely prompt with answering questions. The view is INSANE and the balcony is massive. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Livorno.

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Slightly remote, but very pleasantly quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. When we first searched for the place, we needed Matteo's help, but then easily found the place. It is about 10 km from Piazza to high (about 700 m) to the accommodation. Near Pasquilino. Just below the tavern La Capanna. The view and the tranquility of the accommodation are exceptional. However, even the mosquitoes have made it there. The house is conveniently furnished and if you are not afraid to wash off by hand, this place is always recommended for you. Thanks Camilla and Matteo, we enjoyed a lot.

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the river view—it was absolutely stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the home was warm and welcoming. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and thoughtful, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. We'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

We stayed here for Easter weekend, it was a very pleasant 3 days, the house is very welcoming, it has everything you need. The garden is ideal for both children and dogs, because it is all fenced and safely. The host is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!
