Das Haus ist toll! Geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, da man in wenigen Schritten an der Promenade ist, aber weit genug weg vom Trubel. Laura hat sich gut gekümmert und schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert. Sehr hilfsbereit. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

4 Days and 3 nights in Pisa … absolutely perfect. There are so many elements that made this long weekend so wonderful. Location of apartment - so so easy from Pisa Airport (10 mins) and train station (5 mins). We spent Friday afternoon walking the historical wall of Pisa ending up by the Tower. Saturday train ride (1hr) to beautiful Florence. Sunday Cinque Terre by train (1hr) visiting all 5 villages … highly recommended. It was lovely coming home to the apartment each evening … choosing to get takeaway dinners rather than eating out as it seemed a shame to not make the most of this perfect little gem of a place. Michela was lovely and always on hand. Would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Wir hatten kurz nach Ostern einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Als wir ankamen, war auf alles geachtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und es gibt einen schönen Pool, den man nutzen kann. Die Anreise ist etwas schwierig, da man auf den Berg hochfahren muss und die Straßen sehr eng sind. Daher muss man unbedingt den Infos von Luca folgen, da die Strecke über Google Maps nicht richtig angezeigt wird. Man sollte also mit einem nicht zu großen Auto anreisen. Wir würden es aber jeder Zeit wieder machen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We just returned home from our wonderful stay at Il Giardino. We were greeted by Donatella who welcomed us en route to the location as it may have been tricky to pin point due to it's remote location and winding access road. Donatella was our point of contact throughout our stay she was welcoming, knowledgeable & answered any questions promptly. The house is a short drive away from a supermarket & a bakery. In a great position to visit Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre etc. We loved the house & it's rustic charm. The garden is very well maintained & a place of utter relaxation. It is well planned with lots of places to sit, admire the hills and mountains and listen tobthe birds. Including a terrace with it's table & parasol, sun loungers, bbq area, seats by the Ping Pong table. Our teenagers were especially delighted when the pool was opened unexpectedly as it as we were slightly out of season. Such a lovely holiday with thanks to our most tranquil and welcoming Airbnb.

Il soggiorno nell’alloggio di Pietro è stato molto bello grazie al comfort dell’appartamento, alla zona, all’accoglienza e alla splendida natura circostante. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, confortevole e dalla vista magnifica. Ho apprezzato la struttura storica sapientemente restaurata per mantenere la tradizione architettonica montana. Natura e storia in una fusione perfetta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e confidiamo di tornare. Grazie Pietro!

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Es ist eine coole Unterkunft und ein guter Ausgangspunkt die Umgebung zu erkunden, z.B. Cinque Terre. Andrea und seine Familie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. We had booked it so we could use the garden space but the weather was so bad we unfortunately could not use it. Very quiet place and an attractive view over a field. Very easy to walk into Pisa and local supermarkets, good restaurant over the road and very easy to catch the bus. The apartment is beautifully presented and very well equipped. It suited our family of 5 adults very well. Very good stay overall, thankyou.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudias house. The children used the Pool everyday and we liked that the House ist located in a vineyard close to Lucca. We would Love to come back one time.

Only amazing things to say! The property itself is gorgeous!!! Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities on the propers were phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, wellness area, absolutely everything. There was always someone available to help us with any questions, book reservations, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Logement bien placé, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Deux vraies chambres avec une très bonne literie, (coussins, couvertures et serviettes en quantité pour un confort maximal) Le centre ville est très facile d'accès à pied, un super marché tout proche. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Good location - 10 minutes walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa and walking distance to bars. Clean apartment - shutters were great to get a good night sleep! Hosts responsive and helpful - allowed us to leave our bags a little longer after check out which was really useful!

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati nel fine settimana dal 1 al 3 novembre. E' stata la nostra prima esperienza di vacanza in appartamento e debbo dire che è stata una bella esperienza. I miei figli adolescenti mi hanno detto che è stato come essere a casa. Pulita, in ordine, facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio. A piedi in un attimo siamo arrivati in centro e vicino c'è anche un supermercato. Per chi vuole vedere Pisa e sentirsi a casa la consiglio vivamente

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber - hervorzuheben sind wirklich das Badezimmer und die Küche! Auf Serenas Bildern wird gar nicht deutlich, wie schön der Ausblick ist. Aus der Küche kann man super weit in die Ferne sehen und Sonnenaufgänge in den italienischen Bergen beobachten. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Von der Wohnung ist der Hafen schnell erreichbar und man kann gut in das italienische Leben eintauchen. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Serena war immer erreichbar und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Weil wir so lange dort waren, gabs sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns. An den Wochenenden haben wir die Cinque Terre besucht, welche sehr leicht von La Spezia mit dem Bus erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen Serenas Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten: Ein süßes Landappartment in einer malerischen Umgebung in der Toskana. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche war sauber und gut ausgestattet zum Kochen, das Bad war ebenfalls sauber und machte einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Draußen gab es einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, von denen aus man weit in die Landschaft schauen kann. Eins sollte man allerdings beachten, was uns vorher nicht so ganz klar war: Das kleine Haus im Garten der Gastgeber-Familie beherrbergt zwei Appartments. Das heißt man teilt sich das Haus mit weiteren Gästen, von denen man mangels Dämmung im Prinzip jedes Schnarchen und Gespräch deutlich hört. Uns störte das nicht allzu sehr und wir genossen eher den Ausblick, aber für empfindliche Gemüter sicherlich gut zu wissen. Matteo war als Gastgeber sonst super entspannt und das Auto konnte direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto
