Vacation rentals with a pool in Ferry Pass

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Great location with only a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The home was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if cooking or grilling. The patio and pool area were so nice we were happy just to stay at the home for several of our days there. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated due to the early spring dates we were there, and it was pleasantly warm for us. We will definitely be returning to Gulf Breeze and will book Erika's home every time if available!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

House as amazing had a great stay house was clean and somewhere the pool and hot tub. Definitely a puppet mind staying here again. She was also a great host left us some snacks and even a welcome card Fantastic experience

We had a wonderful time! This house was amazing. A little drive from the beaches. It was perfect for us. The private pool was very much worth it. Just a short walk to the bay. Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

A beautiful home equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay! The host response time was always so quick with any questions! I would stay there again so cozy great pool and outdoor space.

Very homey place . Love the screen porch to sit and have coffee in the morning. Our dog loved being able to have the big back yard. Sue made sure that the house had everything that we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood to be able to walk our dog. Sue was a great hostess. Kept open line of communication. Thanks Sue for sharing your home for a great getaway !

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Thanks for a great place for our family of 6. It was cute and quaint in terms of location. It was convenient and an efficient condo. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and some were walkable. Also, a quick drive to secluded beaches near nesting stations was beautiful. Ashley was a great communicative host.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

We will be back! The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had everything we needed. So much for the kids to do on the premises. Very clean and comfortable.
