Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We really liked the condo. There were issues with the e-lock so we ended up using keys for the stay. Donna & Karlotta (co-host) were quick to reply to any questions/concerns we had. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own pillows if you prefer softer pillows. They were too firm for us but may be perfect for someone else. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay and we would definitely book again!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lou was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed. even brought his personal extension cords to help me power something in the driveway. Location was phenomenal! Access to a great beach on the Inlet side as well as the main beach side. Location also felt extremely safe. Would love to stay here again

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s comfortable and decorative. Very clean, home has everything you need including things you would need at the beach. Very kid friendly and child proofed. Host is very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond. We had a lovely stay.

I traveled from Ohio to spend time with my grandchildren for their birthdays. Nightly's place felt home upon entering the house. My uncle, mom, son and son's girlfriend came from Daytona also felt at home. We love the space, the cleanliness and the amenities. The coffee bar that was provided was a absolute hit. The varity of seasonings we loved. The large pans we love. The convenience of having an ice maker/water on the refrigerator we also love. The plush towels and face towels. I love the little things like very soft toilet tissue and paper towels was great quality😊The pool towels was available as well. The pool was a litte cold but nice. Location of the home was minutes away from things. We will definitely stay here again. One thing that should be added is chairs to sit outside. We needed that convenience to not stay in the house. The pool needed a little cleaning as well. It had some debris floating that needed some attention. Thank you Nightly for hosting our family very grateful

The host is great ! Super easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Nice neighborhood. Pool and grass area are beautiful. Our family had a wonderful time ! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back soon ! Thank you for having us and making our stay there incredible!

Hailey was very quick to reply to questions when making our reservation. This home was very clean and in great condition. We had a great stay here.

Lisha was very quick responding to any questions. She was very polite and professional. We loved the townhome and the ability to do laundry in privacy. Has full kitchen that is stocked with cookware if you want to cook yourself. Has roku TV if you want to sign into your streaming services. Area was really quiet. Never heard any neighbors. There is also a Polaroid camera and notebook that you can use to leave a picture and note. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice place. Layout for us was just what we were looking for. You could just walk right in from the parking lot. You had everything you needed for your stay. Appliances were top notch. Very clean. Pleasurable to sit on the couch and look outside two big windows. Sitting area in the back had privacy. Stocked with kitchen accessories. The stairs going up were nice big wide stairs. There was a beautiful king bed with a full nice size bathroom. You had two big tv’s down and up. Close to gas stations, restaurants and stores. The Pensocola Beach was very close by. There where beach accessories to take with you. So accommodating. Host was great. Responded quick. We will be back and tell others about this place.

So much to be said about this lovely host & her beautiful home. Any questions that I had she responded quickly (before & during our stay). This home is clean and Jackie pays attention to everything you could possibly need in her home, very much needed in today’s world. This home is in a peaceful area not far from beaches. Jackie thank you for caring it shows in your home. It was 5 of us here and the layout of the home was very spacious. So much to do with the activities she has provided. The pictures are true but the comfort is way better. We would definitely stay in her home again. We felt at home in your home. Thank you Jackie 😊

This was a great stay! The condo is right by the pool so when we had to take a break from the heat with our 6 week old, we sat on the porch and felt like we were still vibing by the pool! The tiki bar is a great addition to the fun! Lots of nice people just having a good time!

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful condo !The home itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, and the communication with the owners was top-notch from beginning to end. A couple of helpful notes for future guests: the condo is 3 levels, with the main living area on the 2nd floor & bedrooms on the 3rd, so there are stairs involved. This layout is common for homes near the ocean, but it’s something to be aware of if mobility is a concern. The condo is located across the street from the beach, which actually gave us the best of both worlds. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and great value while still having easy beach access thanks to the complimentary shuttle. The beach is also walkable, about 10-15 minutes if you have lots of gear and kids and there is a crosswalk to help you safely cross the main road. Bring a little cash to tip the shuttle drivers, as they really are great!

Franziska has been an amazing host. We really enjoyed staying at her place. The house is spacious, clean and neatly organized. We felt at home. It had necessary utensils and sufficient props for beach activities. Kids enjoyed the games which were there at the house. Thanks.

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

We loved Gretchen’s place. The location was ideal for an easy walk to town or even a walk over the bridge if you are seeking some exercise. The house was spotless and she provided beach towels and an umbrella which our crew really appreciated! The beds were extremely comfortable and the common space was great for our party of four. Communication with Gretchen was easy and she responded quickly. Our son (who we were visiting) is in the USCG and is being transferred so…probably won’t be returning to Pensacola soon but if we do I highly recommend and would return to Gretchen’s place.

This was a really beautiful place. We really liked the comfy beds, the screened porch and the comfortable living room furniture. The A/C and the fans were wonderful to have. The owners were so kind to readily answer my questions. We liked that we could call for a shuttle to take us to the beach and back. We enjoyed the larger pool as well.
