We took a metal box & designed & built what is now the Evangeline. Crafted with care and designed to replicate what we would want in a rental space we made sure the Evangeline would be a cozy and unique experience for those away from home. This tiny home is minutes away from University of West Florida and local hospitals.

The Paradise Cottage-clean+gated

Our 2 story Guest house is the definition of cozy and inviting. Located on our spacious and gated property. We strive to make your stay feel as if you were at home. We are 5 min from Navy Federal Headquarters. 10 min from the Equestrian Center. A quick 30 min (mostly interstate travel) to Pensacola Beach. Perfect location to visit your family if located in Beulah/cantonment/9mile area. When you choose to stay with us you are getting a host that cares 100% about the quality of your stay.

Sunflower Inn

large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.

Casey's Corner

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
