Monthly Rentals in Federal Heights

Nima was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. My flight was delayed and I arrived later than planned, but that wasn't a problem. I was able to check in without any problems, and my room was clearly marked with a welcome sign. :D The space has everything you need, including a kitchen with all the utensils and even some things (coffee, a wide selection of tea, crackers, etc.) to share. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom, despite being shared, was always clean and spacious. I recommend it 100%. Thanks Nima

Nice little spot to stay in while visiting. Close to plenty of popular sight seeing spots. Host was very friendly and responsive and made sure we had a good stay. Would definitely come back again.

Jimmy’s place was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Located in a quiet area but not too far from downtown, it was the perfect balance of accessibility and peace. Check-in was seamless, and the space had everything I needed.
