great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

David was an amazing and responsive host! Beautiful, clean home. My family loved the pool and lake front views! We will be back!

This home was the perfect getaway for both my immediate and extended family. The kids, my own and my nieces and nephews, had a blast enjoying the pool, spacious yard, and game room. It was a wonderful place to reconnect and make memories with loved ones. Kyle was an outstanding host, responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family retreat. I absolutely loved our stay and fully intend to return!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

This house was perfect for surprising my sister for her 60th birthday. Four friends/family got together. One guest was in a wheelchair and the wide open floor plan lent to easy navigation through the main house. We had a great time making memories. Thank you for making it easy.

The Cactus Suite was just that, sweet. It was the perfect place for relaxing and sleeping, what we needed on this trip. The bed was super comfy and the linens were wonderful. Would love to stay again.

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

It was a nice, sweet and cozy home for the 8 of us. Area is peaceful and close enough to downtown. The hosts were responsive. Would recommend this place for a large group.

Rachel’s home was clean, kid proof and plenty of room for the dogs outside. She was very fast to respond and accommodated us better than imagined! She was very friendly, she even got the ironing stuff out as she knew we had a wedding to attend! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Sarah is my new favorite host. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer me. I really enjoyed staying at her home. I have stayed in many Airbnb's. I plan to come back to Sarah's home in the near future.

Roger is an excellent host! He took the initiative to check in with us leading up to and throughout our stay. The home is well kept. The location is peaceful and quiet. All of the yards are well maintained and beautiful. It was a nice amd relaxing place to get away for a few days. My only suggestion is to read all of the fine print when renting any Air BnB. As a novice renter, I did not. There was a bit of a confusion on my part, and Roger was gracious in the process of getting things settled. I appreciate the hospitality.

Rachel’s felt just like home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Very reminiscent of home. Our stay in CO was perfect and Rachel’s place was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a few games. Our dog enjoyed the treats left for him and this stay has our family already itching to come back!! Enough great things can’t be said!!

The house was comfortable with ample seating in the upper and lower levels. As we stayed for a couple weeks, we found the kitchen good for cooking and cleanup. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items and supplies. It was nice to have hangers for clothes and some dresser space too. The backyard is a nice place to relax in warmer weather and fully fenced for a pet. The neighborhood was quiet.

I actually live in Denver. My sisters were coming to visit for 2 days at the same time for the first time in quite some years we needed a big house for us to hang out together this house worked out perfect the host was very nice responded immediately when I had question even let us host a family BBQ thanks Aidde -I love that there was not a lot of clutter. Everything was nice clean and neat cabinets are labeled was not hard to find anything I needed in the kitchen.

Summer was an excellent host! Her communication was awesome. Whenever I had questions, she always responded quickly. The check-in was smooth with no problems. The home was very cozy and had plenty of space for everybody to be comfortable. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. There was plenty of entertainment, board games, ping pong, bean bag toss, etc., not to mention the beautiful back yard patio with a fire pit and the added bonus, a hot tub. We were very pleased with all the home had to offer and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again!

This was an immaculate place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and accommodations for 5 was perfect. The outdoor space was a bonus, as well as having a well stocked kitchen of spices for cooking. There was plenty of room to relax, read, and watch TV without feeling crowded. The master bedroom and rain shower was like a mini spa. I highly recommend this place, and would return with my family. The hosts were super responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!
