Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. David’s place was fantastic - had a really fun retro vibe. Walkable to practically everything, comfy beds, big kitchen. It was a lovely place and I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks David!

We enjoyed our stay at Emily’s place. It was conveniently less than 1/2 a mile to the back side of coler, and a greenway ride to slaughter pen and castle (with tunnels avoiding all major roads). Emily’s house had all the creature comforts, great bedding, clean and comfortable furniture, great backyard, bike stand and garage for bike storage, smart tv, fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, spices, pots, etc), great bedrooms and fenced in back yard with a grill. We loved having easy access by bicycle to everything we wanted to do in Bentonville!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

we have stayed in the Bentonville Rogers area over the last 10 years to spend time with our granddaughters this was our first experience with an Airbnb and it was very enjoyable. while staying there it felt as if you were staying in your home away from home everyone had their own bedrooms the kitchen was well stocked and had everything that you would need and the living room was very spacious and modern we cannot say enough good things about the house or Ms Jessica she was very helpful very kind very courteous answered any questions that we had.

Worked great for my two guys. Convenient and well kept. Would stay there again

Wonderful place! Everything was just as shown in the photos and the putting green was fun to have. Very peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax don’t pass up on this place.

I looooove this house. It was perfect for me and my daughter’s. Kellie was so welcoming and sweet and left a gift bag with a bunch of stuff for my daughter. It’s perfect for children and adults. I LOVED the backyard. It was so big and beautiful and felt so good to walk around barefoot and both of my girls enjoyed the swings and slide. It was sweet to watch the birds, squirrels and bunnies. Had all the amenities listed. The couches and beds were super cozy. And I had access to the garage! That was a huge bonus for me to be able to pull my vehicle in. This home is beautiful with a nice clean modern look and that cozy home feeling. The kitchen sink and shower were awesome! Washer/Dryer and dish washer all a plus. It’s in a great location as Springdale traffic can get pretty crazy. But everything is a close distance. Great restaurants! DoorDash and Walmart delivery were super quick as well. I would love to stay here again!

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. They even recommended an amazing BBQ spot nearby that we loved. The home itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

I had a wonderful stay! Karen and Brian were very communicative ahead of and during my visit. Their place is very close to downtown Bentonville and super well-located on a quiet residential street. The space is attached to their home but has a fully private entrance. It's clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Karen and Brian were great hosts! I'll definitely stay again on a future trip.

It’s was a nice place to stay, it was a bit too cozy for two people with a small pet for my opinion. Overall there’s a lot of places to walk around to explore and eat nearby.

The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The linens were of the best quality and truly elevated the luxurious feel of the condo. We will return.

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

Great place very close to campus. Private and quiet even though it is so close to many restaurants and attractions. Daniel was friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommend it

My husband and I took the weekend to enjoy nature and be with each other. This property provided exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our fur babies. They felt right at home. The balcony had a little gate that we were able to close and they were able to roam on the deck. I was very happy with how clean the home was even we arrived. We were not able to check in until 11pm on Friday and Aspen was very understanding and kind of our situation. While we were here, we did not see any neighbors, it was very peaceful and quiet. We were close to Eureka Springs and Missouri. The lake view is beautiful. You may not be able to see the lake from the property but you are still right next to the water. The property was great for us and made our trip stress free. Thank you Aspen for the wonderful experience. We will most definitely be staying at another property of Aspens! It does rain a lot In the area, don't forget your raincoats.

Great place to stay!!! Walkable to anything on Dickson. Host was extremely responsive and communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great weekend at Allison's place! Very convenient location, close to Campus and great for walking to Dickson street and local restaurants. Easy to find and easy to park. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to U of A and Dickson street.
