Deer and wildlife are abundant even though you're located within a mile of lots of activities. Quaint rock house built in the early 50's with modern updates. Open kitchen and dining room area make it great for casual gatherings. Close to the University of Arkansas and quick access to the NWA trails. Centrally located on the north side of campus near Garland & North Street (Garland is a divided boulevard). Welcome to Kendra's Kabin! An adorable treehouse located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. 1 exit to the U of A. While we offer DISH tv with several channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING! 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds. Weight limit is 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended while outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.
